    says local area call not local to any area where i am found out by research it is topeka kansas.  That is miles away from me and nowhere near local and besides i know no one in topeka as often as they call its like they know me.

    to add to my post they call constantly i think its a charity number but once i say my parents aren't home and they do that through the mail only they hangup wait a little while and call back rather rude.

    This seems to be a charity collections for organ donation.  I called the number back and they said they were calling to get my support on their upcoming programs.  Gave a 1-800 number to call for more information.
