This dude called me today about a payday loan that I am in the process of paying back.  I told him that he was about the 6th or 8th company representative (from other companies) that had contacted me about the same loan.  I told him to "bring it on", that I hoped they did try to sue me for a debt that I have either paid or am paying on.  I have the documentation to show that I have paid/paying this.  I told him that I would own his business and the payday loan company.  Go for it.  How do you borrow from one company and have 30 others trying to collect for that one debt?

They even have a website called from zenith financial group. They use toll free numbers as well as landlines. The landlines are usually from Magic Jack. You do not owe them anything. They stole information about a loan that you took out previously and are trying to steal from you. Just constantly call them back and get on their nerves.

My employer got a called from Zenith Financial Group asking for me and the person that called was an investigator McCloud stating that they has a warrant for my arrest due to fraud by check for a payday loan.  My employer called me and gave the information and told me to addres the issue and tell them to stop calling me at work because that is against company policy.  She gave telephone number (786) 231-1193.  I called and asked for investigator McCloud and a lady that identified herself J. Lewis stated that she was investigator McCloud.  She explained to me about a loan that I owed and that their attorney by the name of Chris Baker was getting to file a warrant for my arrest for a county I too used to live at.  I asked them to forward me all original documents so that I could review them and that if I owed the debt I would make arrangements to pay it back as I have not been wroking since April 23, 2013 due an acute kidney injury and other health problems.  Investigator McCloud stated let me let me talk to my attorney.  When the line was opened again a man was on the line and was acting like he was a judge and stated over the phone information pertaining to what Investigator McCloud had been talking to me about.  He then said, this is attorny Chris Baker and I am advising you that you have a lawsuit against you for fraud by check and if I do not get a committment from you before 5 p.m. today (May 23, 2013, I will sign this warrant for your arrest.  I told him to please forward to me all documents pertaining to this case.  About 20 minutes later I received an email with a letter from Zenith Financial Group telling me that I had thirty (30) days from today to dispute the claim or the lawsuit would follow.

I have received prvious calls from them and others pertaining to the same payday loan and no one can give me a straight answer.  What do I do next? I will wait and see what happens from here on!

    Thanks

Same problem as listed already, Zenith Financial Group, calling from GA.
They were audacious enough to call my wife's boss's voicemail and leave a message. If nothing else that takes balls, unfortunately it's horribly against the law, specifically the FDCPA.

I have a topic on debtorboards.com with a copy of the message up and am chronicling the experience I've had with this company. Just about anything you want to know about the company is there and more is getting added daily.

Here's a recording of the standard message they leave

If your sounds anything like it, you probably have an FDCPA claim.

I got the same call. I call the original loan people they say i owe and they said they send it to National Credit Adjusters. I finally called them and they told me the loan was paid in full early last year. I then finally wrote them a Cease and Desist letter. The guy from zenith financial name is Miles Howard and the Supervisor  that sent me a fax was from Earnest Earvin IV.

Had a call at work today from a guy that said he was chief investigator robert dickson from zenith final group regarding a loan I got several years ago. When I tried to tell him I spoke to some one a couple years ago and made several paymemts on this he threatened to have me arrested and almost exactly what all these other posts say. He badgered me for over an hour at work. I was so upset and crying my boss let me go home. What can be done to stop this. I called the cops the district attorneys office and the original people from the debt. I still feel violated. Not to mention I missed a whole days work over this. He called me at 8:30 in the morning.

The Truth replies to not a scam victim
Reveal your Identity you know who we are.  The fact some of these loans are so outstanding that they are passed on or sold to different Collection Agencies with the hopes of getting them resolved.  That is not a scam the scam is people taking out loans and just flat our refusing to resolve them.  Please sir whomever you are get your facts together and if you have an outstanding loan pay it.  America's economy will never get right until true American's start being responsible with debt.

    I wonder...

Do the phone calls go similar to something like this?
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_lBNoxH16qSc0dsbWJwQVNaZmM/edit?usp=sharing

And please, tell the owner, Amir, of the company how you feel.
    eearviniv@zenithfinancialgroup.net

Maybe a call to the owner's personal cell phone will do the trick...no, no just emails for now.

My ex-husbands wife got a phone call from these people on April 11,2014 stating if I didn't call them back immediately that they had a warrant application for my arrest. They're supposedly going to pick me up at my work place or home address.  My daughter called me April 12,2014 with the message to call them at 480-269-9455 ext. 126. She was frantic. I called the number, but had to leave a message because Investigator Williams was away from her desk or with another client. I left my name and home phone number. Meantime I googled the 480-269-9455 and came up with several pages of complaints of this being a scam artist.
Investigator Williams called me back on April 15, 2014 and left a message. I called her back and had to leave a message. When she called back my husband answered the phone, but she wouldn't give him any information. So I got on and she said I had a pay day loan unpaid. I said I never had one of those loans and that they were illegal in PA. She stated that a lot of things were illegal but it doesn't stop people from doing them. When I stated that she had the wrong person, she said we will settle this in court. I hung up. Not even 15 seconds the phone rang again and it was Investigator Williams again. She said did you call me back? I said no but I have notified the FBI and hung up again. She did not call back!! I know she is a scammer and I saw red flags right away, but there are many people out there being suckered in to paying these un-owed so-called debts. People like this one need put away. They should not be allowed to harass or scare people like this. We live in America and we need to start defending our rights. She also used the number 786-231-1193.
