- Charles U.The number is indeed Florida Power and Light. Looked up their number for billing department and called them and asked. TaDa mystery solved. It cannot receive calls as it is a one way VOIP system that only the computer uses to send messages to customers.
I got a call stating that I was getting a refund. I guess I paid too much last month. Ooops!- Caller: FPL

FPL spokesperson quoted as styating you could call to be placed on a "postponement list" regarding Smart Meters. She lied. All FPL does is have the Customer Advocacy Department call from this # to "educate you" and inform you there's "no health risks" and that it "is inevitible" and you "really have no choice."
I DID tell the person who supposedly put me on that list I did not want them to call. Obviously it was disregarded.

FPL must call from the number but leaves a message w/ their name, a toll free number, & their extension. Their Customer Advocacy Group:
