Got a lot of calls from this ph#. It was a collection agency.

Got alot of calls from this number and it turns out to be bogus company trying to get money out you.  They are not real so, I have closed out my personal accounts  so they do not have access to them and also have called the local police department.  Don't them put the fear of God into you like they did me!!   :(

These people areclaiming that. I owe money and i havent even did business with them

im actually looking into these claims right now and seeing if i can put the fear of god into these  so called lawyers im a lawyer for HERBY DESKINS LAW FIRM in PIKEVILLE,KY. People rest assured u probably owe 0.00 dolllars never release info on credit ,bank, or account numbers like they want. These are scam artist and need shut down . Also keep in mind law firms can afford published numbers not UNAVAILABLE listed phone numbers. These guys make a life and death situation from thin air . I recently recieved  one of these calls myself and look forward to the day we meet in court . id gladly pay 300.00 to see that happen ANDERSON LAW FIRM or whoever you are hope u see this post

I got a call from this number saying it was a serious matter on a debt and if I dont pay they will take me to court or jail. I told them to keep talking because the Attorney's General was notified of this and they hang up.

I keep getting calls from this number. It's a scam, they are trying to get money from you. I told the guy that I notified the FBI he strated cursing an hug up. Some attorney  lol.

Guy says he is with anderson law firm and calls several times a day and threatens me with jail. Funny how his name changes everytime he calls.

I keep calling them back and the name change also...  i told them that the police is on the line and they hung up.  i called back again and said can you mail me something showing that thus judgement is out there and they hung up..  i called back and they started acting nasty and cussing ...  i told them if you was a real firm then you would have given me everything i have asked for..  thry hung up again...

i got a call from this number as well Anderson Law Firm Sam Johnson he said his name was 786 245- 5199 speaks broken English he is Indian .I have gotten a call from 3 scam numbers with the same type of people answering the phone.They have caller id cause as soon as u call they say your name .Told me the same stuff as i posted earlier about getting arrested police will drag me by my hair to jail calling my job threatening my staff . THIS PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED I'M GOING TO CALL MY LOCAL POLICE STATION AND GET SOME ADVICE.

Got a call from a man called robert black. He said i took out a loan with no intention of paying it back and that I will go to jail. The only way to make a payment is thru a money pak card from walmart. Yea..right away..so no one can trace it. I hope they are stopped soon!

I'm getting called repeatedly by multible people from this number. They ask for a different person each time they call. I assume that's because it's my office number and they're calling through our switchboard. (Just a guess)
They have used a lot of profanity and are more threatening with each call. I'm sure the authorities will get to them sooner or later. Sooner would be my preference.
It's definately a scam. I hate the thought of them preying on our elderly who might fall victim.

A man named Chad Johnson called me this number talking about my social security number is under investigation... I dont answer the phone and they continue to call from some bogus law firm amd how he wants me to call back yeah right... Lol... It amazes me the things people will do.for money... Lol

I get calls all the time from this number and many others all the time , I have contacted the FCC,FTC and BBB, Nothing has changed and its been a year. I just look at the # hit delete, Something needs done with this crap, It is really getting old. The names change from Ronald Jackson to John Smith or whatever name they come up with.

My husband got the threating calls from the number 786-245-5199.  This time his name is David Black from Anderson Law Firm.  He has the same Indian accent.  He changes names all the time.  He is trying to take money for being four days late to the tune of 650.00  The loan and interest was taken out of my account but they are charging for legal fees on being four days late.  HEHE What a scammer.  Trying to take our hard earned money with threats.  I made a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General.  They  referred the letter to Department of Finacial Institutions of Washington State.  I received the paperwork from the DOFI yesterday and I have to gather information from this company.  Phone numbers, reciepts from then ( they don't give of us any paper work)  So I took a bank statement, and took my check out of the account.  Now these people do help to investigate company's that threaten people and try to take extra money.  They will take four or five years worth of records from them and ask all customers for how they were treated. I turned in one company about five years ago and turned in a complaint of the threats on a loan.  Someone was saying he was from the sheriff department and investigating fraud.  So I turned around and asked him questions got his badge number etc... and his address and phone number where he was calling.  He got really shaky.  Well that company got fined $500,000.  And the guy saying he was a sheriff got fined $112,000 and they thier buisness licence away.  They could no longer do buisness in the state of Washington.  So that's the same department who I'm turning this complaint to now.  Everyone who has been hurt by these guys turn in a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office because they are responsible for all buisness who work with the public.  They have to answer to them if they are doing bad buisness.  They will refer the letter to the DOFI.  They handle the buisness and thier practices.

got called from 786-245-5199 claimed they were anderson law firm that i was about to be sued for failure to pay a debt unless i resolved matter stated miami sheriffs would be leaving to serve a warrent and arrest me unless i paid them 300 dollars right now guy talking was speaking in broken sounded like an indian accent also they new my SS number which also concerned me told him i was going to contact my county sheriffs office and my states attorney general he swore at me and hung up

in response i sent emails to the pa attorney gen fla attorney gen the fbi office in miami and the US attorney general

for over a year they called my work me and i'm tired of this please find these people and do something they say i owe on a loan and they want money now the court house is sending papers to me  someone do something  NOW

I got numerous calls from this number claimming I was in big trouble and they even called me at my job i am going to calll the police to file a report and change my number and account numbers to be safe.

I told them to take me to court and go ahead and send the polkice to my house im ready. They hung up on me. but called again the next day
