I believe this is a scam

these people are ridiculous....they said that I received money from Cash Advance.com and they put it someone else's bank account. Will not research it and said they were sending me court papers and to tell them in court that I did not get it. An of course they are not american so it makes it 10,000 times worse.

A scam. Have used several current numbers to cal me. Left threatening messages, claimed I am being sued and need to give them my retained attorney information that out of my responsibility to resolve the issue. I did not receive a cash advance from cash advance.com. I told him I did not receive one and would country sue for harassment if I did not receive legal documents.I hung up. He claimed to be from legal associates  and was representing cash advance.com. He had a thick accent, very hard to  understandunderstand. He has been calling me for months and I keep  letting it go to voice mail...
This is a scam, very threatening and has personal information such as last got of my ss#.
DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

Called us too and were yelling and cussing and leaving threatening messages that they would take over our bank account and have already taken out $29.95 from our account...we put a stop on the account and have reported them to The Federal Trade Commission. They are based out of Dade County Fl. I did a little research and this has been going on for quite some time, if you have been hacked then change your accounts don't wait and don't chance it, they read off our bank number to us, but refused to give the name of the company or how much the debit was for. They call from an unavailable number but leave the number on voice mail along with threatening rants for a law suit and that something bad was going to happen to us.
