Rec call...no one there no one speaking..hang up after about 30 seconds

Caller says nothing then hangs up.

They called me asking for the owner of the company. When I asked what it was about they said "A local community matter"

I hung up the phone.

Called at 6am, no one spoke so I hung up and googled the number - found this site.  I guess i'm missing the point of these phone calls - someone with too much time on their hands???

calls my business phone, no one there, loud machine sound in background

calls my business line 2 to 3 times a day..... I do not know who is calling... what a pain in ......

calls and no one is there or responds

received a call from the # above, didn't answer. So then I called it back... it was for the FL Police athletic club or something... guess they don't have to follow the do not call list? ERRRR!

I get calls from this number at least onece a day even 11 AM on Sunday.  I do not answer and no message is left on machine.

Yeah - these people are SUPER annoying and very RUDE.
After you pick up the phone, there is a 5-10 sec silence and then you are spoke to. They call constantly and never give out any information about who they are, or leave a message.

Hummm... Money Scam...

They called asked for the owner.

I asked what this was this was about.  

They were looking for a donation.

I simply stated that I was broke and in foreclosure.  Calls stopped.

Caller ID showed FLPAL. A man asking for Donations for PAL/Sounded phony. I asked WHO he was with?/In a very domineering voice & he hung up.

A male voice stating he was calling on behalf of the FL PAL & asked if "xxxxx xxxxxxx" (my name) was home. I asked, in a very demanding voice "And who wants to speak with her"? And he hung up. If this was a legit call, he would have continued to go on with his spiel.

Those people call me to ask for donation, and i was agree with them and they their donation start at $50.00 to $100.00 and i said i dont have that much and she said how much you got and i said $25.00 she said hooo thats great let me pass you my boss so he could take the payment so we dont take it twice i said ok and within second he ask me how would you like to pay visa or mastercard and i said i wanna pay by check and he said man if you wanna pay just do it now we dont have time, and he agree.

A SCAM!! DO NOT SEND MONEY OR LET THEM USE THE "WE ARE THE POLICE" TACTIC. IN FACT, DOT ANSWERE IF YOU SEE "FLPAL" ON CALLER I.D> IF YOU DO ANSWER TELL THEM  YOU ARE A HOUSE SITTER AND THAT THE FAMILY IS AWAY FOR A YEAR.

Calls any time of the day or night asking for Bob. Have told individual several times that there is no Bob at this number but the calls keep coming. Only way to stop it I guess will be to report it to the police.
