Rogue Debt collection agency. Called my phone at 6:50 in the morning.

This seems to be a debt collection agency posing as a law firm.  They had all my personal info except for a correct current address.  They even knew my SSN.

They threatened me with a lawsuit over a debt that is years past the statute of limitations.  I mentioned that to her and told her that if she was not such a ignorant **** she would know that.  When faced with those facts she disconnected the call and I have not heard back.

I received a voicemail message from this number saying the message was meant for my name from an Investigator Lisa Perry with some kind of heavy accent. Her message was this, " the sheriff is sending a summons so they can lock you up" . No company name provided and no phone number left. I have been affiliated with law enforcement for over 26 years and this is just so wrong. I will be calling the number tomorrow and I will be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and my State Attorneys Office and Department of Justice!

A number was taken by one of my co-workers to "call Lisa Perry at 786-392-0205. Do not know who this person is.

I just spoke with lisa she said that she was calling from an attorney's office and asked her what was the name of the firm, she said ars I told her that's not a firm you are a debt collector, she got angry and started talking loud and ask me if I wanted to take care of this situation or not and if I did verify my information and she would transfer me to the attorney I asked her to just transfer me and that made her madder than she was. and she threatened me with a garnishment of 35per and attorneys fees
