786-520-2990

Received a call from 1(786)520-2990, Miami, FL.  Individual was female with strong Indonesian accent, but said we needed to call Kevin Dexter.  Did a backtrack on this subject.  Is using spoofing technique with Skype voice over internet protocol (VoIP) to mask numbers and locations.  They are located in Panama City Florida, but will most likely show call came from Miami, FL.  If you get a call from any Florida number, area code (786), claiming to be IRS, debt collections, FBI, or any other erroneous government entity, immediately hang up and block the number. They really shouldn't call cyber security experts.

got a call from a "Jennifer Brown" from that number and she said she was from the "Dept. of Legal Affairs...(something unintelligible)" and I should have my attorney call back since a legal action has been initiated against me. Could tell she was struggling with speaking English. Called back and got a guy on the worst connection ever. He guessed that my name was Ellen Moore based on my phone number, which is WAY OFF. I told him they sounded very bogus and hung up.

caller had very bad grammer and english, said he was from dept of legal affairs, i could be in for some legal mess if I didn't call back or get my lawyer to call back.
