I found this number on Caller Id. I didn't call back.

If you receive a call from this number, don't answer it. It is a scam operation going by the name of National Affadavit Processing Services. They will tell you that you're going to be procesuted for not paying back a payday Loan. When you ask the name of the company they will tell you Cashco (which is a legitimate company) or some other name like Cash Now, etc., etc. They will have your soc. Security#, the names of two close relatives (which they will call and harrass) and other personal information. don't fall for this scam!! They were calling me in April. I told them that I knew it was a scam. They stopped, but began calling again today from this number.

Okay,...couldn't resist having a little fun this time. I called the 786-522-0539 number. They just answer the phone saying hello (that's the first tip off that it's a csam!) anyway, when they asked my name, I replied that my name was ALOADA MANURE and I asked to speak with Lisa Johnson (the supposed person that called me). When Lisa got on the phone she was very rude. I let her know that I KNEW it was a scam and that there were no outstanding loans from CASHCO..  and that I was giving her a load of S*** like she was every one else!! When these scammers call...let them know that your on to them and that you're reporting their phone numbers on the web to alert everyone else.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. Here are a list of "employees" and phone numbers that these scamers are using:

These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.

Some guy purporting to be "Jeff Adams" from "National Affidavit Processing Department" and some woman purporting to be "Ivy Foster" from the same outfit called me three times at work today.  These names are obviously phony as they both had heavy Indian accents.  I asked "Jeff Adams" if that was his real name and he just ignored me and went into his act.  He claimed that I owed money to a place called "Cash Advance Mutual" which I have NEVER heard of.  I asked him for a mailing address so I could notify him in writing that I disputed the debt. He refused to give me a mailing address and wanted to turn my call over to "one of the attorneys".  I said, "No thank you.  Please do not call me at this number again.  If you do so, you are breaking the law."  I hung up.

Less than 10 minutes later he called back and said, "Please hold for my supervisor".  I decided to play along.  "Ivy Foster" got on the phone threatened to have her "subordinates" come to my office and "haul me to the courthouse right now".  I said, "Good luck with that" and hung up.  

Less than 5 minutes later "Ivy Foster" called back wanting to know why I hung up on her.  I said, "You must be kidding.  I already told 'Jeff Adams' not to call me at work and he called back almost immediately. I know you are not legitimate because you will not provide me with a mailing address and the company you claim I owe money too is one that I do not recognize."  She kept talking the entire time that I was talking, basically talking over me and not hearing anything that I said.  I finally told her that I work for lawyers and if she did not quit calling my office I would report her to every agency I could think of.

Ms. Foster again said that she would have her "subordinates" come "haul me off to the courthouse" and "good luck".  I wished her the same and hung up.  I have not heard back from them again, but I'm sure they will try.  These calls seem to occur every couple of months.  I believe it is because they got my information somehow from a payday loan place that I paid off long ago and they are trying to get more information and/or money out of me.  It will not be happening.  It must work well for them because they are quite persistent.
