How often have you filed a complaint?
    https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I have it on my speed dial  (like a bookmark). I fill out the first page as I wait in the queue.
fill out the last after they find out I "don't qualify" and then I send it off.

Do not use the advice from the poster Eric and do not send an email to help@do-not-call dot org as it's not a good web address. This is the proper address to report https://www.donotcall.gov/ Have been receiving repeated calls from this and other slug slime related numbers but some numbers are thinly used and receive fewer complaints. This can also be used by debt collectors as abusive and deceptive contact tactics. How about call centers and networks used by Convergys, GC Services, NCO Group, United Recovery Systems, AFNI, Midland, Ocwen, CAB Asset Management, Everest, and others?

Credit Card Services is an identity theft scam. Period. If you can't get them to stop, get a Sentry Dual Mode Call Blocker from Amazon for about 39 bucks.  Works fantastic. It automatically blocks any call using a recording, or computer, and sends back a message with a menu "they" must work through to get to your phone. Not one spammer has done that in the 2 months we've owned this thing. Bring peace back to your home. No more robo calls, political calls, annoying charities. (yes, blocks those too) Live telemarketers will ring your phone once, and you can review the number if you want to put it on your White List. Great piece of tech, for a cheap price. There are all kinds of call blocker devices. This one works perfectly for us. Holds 9999 blocked numbers. Do yourself a favor. Get a programmable Call Blocker. You won't regret it.

Take a look at "how debt collectors find you" and there is an association and correlation of "identity theft" to "identity verification" http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/how-collection-agencies-find-you.html

CONSUMER SVCS shows on caller ID Call type Scam. I know this but it is not on call type list.
FTC is after these people and have shut down many of their numbers and locations, but they keep opening new ones.

Same old endless B.S.  Don't bother answering, and don't bother reporting these numbers to the FCC.  They are basically useless at stopping this harrassment.  The numbers that show up on your Caller I.D. are spoofed (fake).  So these low-lifes change the numbers almost day-to-day.

We need to start bombarding our representatives with complaints until they get fed up and start taking some action about the FCC not doing their job.

This company calls us at least once a day. In the past 3 days, alone, I have waited for their prompt/answer. When a rep connected, I politiely informed her that we do not own ANY credit cards. I gave her my number to remove from their list and she hung up. Next day, when a rep answered, I kindly expressed how I realize this is generated data base and not the rep's fault, but rewuested to be removed, and he hung up. JUST NOW, I got the call, waited for a rep, he asnswered asking which credit card I'm calling in refernce to. I politely replied, "The credit card I do not own". I began to ask to be removed from the call list, when the rep interrupted me, rudely asking "Would you like to identify the cresit card that you don't own ma'am?!" I replied, "I do not have any credit cards!" He continued to debate telling me to identify the cards I do not have." He then called me a "F-ing B&%#H" and hung up on me. There has GOT to be a way to report these calls!
