Keeps calling asking for "Name." Calls over 20 times a day, from 6am to 2am. I do not know "Name." Leave me alone.

This number keeps calling my cell phone line all day long leaves no message and when you return the call they do not identify themselves they just answer the phone with can I help you

The number called me, had my maiden name and a place I lived 30 yrs. ago. I asked how they got my number considering it's a BIG long shot and the girl was rude said it didn't matter where she got it. I was pissed. She was from Pinnacle financial group

I have been getting daily calls from Pinnacle for months now.  I do not answer them or call back.  I did answer once and some foreign accented man asked for a woman's first name that was not mine but last name that was the same.  I told him he had the wrong number and no one here by that name and to stop calling.  Of course they have not.  I have reported these calls to a law firm that handle another similar issue for me to try to get them to cease.  I first reported these type of calls to the Consumer Advocacy Group and they referred me to the law firm.  There has been no cost to me to have them handle these issues.  Unfortunately, the process takes a long time to finally get the calls to cease.  They end up filing against the offending company thru the courts.  But even though it takes a long time...they do get it done.   My advice is to get caller ID if you do not have it, do not answer unidentified numbers; go on line and check the number to see who it belongs to; and keep a record of when they call.  They use many different numbers to call from.  Pinnacle, PennCredit and MCM are the most recent offenders.   The scary thing is how they get the information to contact you.  One even went as far as to call my ex-husband who I divorced in 1981 on his private home and cell number. NOW that is scary invasion of private info.

I received a call from this number for a few months in a row.  They have been looking for my ex-husband's ex-wife.  I finally called the number back to inform them I was not who they were looking for and she had never lived in my house or had this telephone number.  The "man" on the line, proceeded to tell me that he had no reason to believe me and knew that I was who he was looking for.  He stated I had confirmed address & ssn back in October.  This was obviously not true.  He continued to call me by the person's name he was looking for and refused to give me a supervisor. After the call, I found out that previously he had confronted my 10 year old son by calling her this other person's name and when my son said "i'm a boy", he responded with "oh, so now you are a boy!".  I am furious and hope a one day get a call from this number again....charges will be pursued!

If you are getting calls from this number, this means, Pinnacle Financial Group is actively involved in violating federal law (The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
They are ROBO-CALLING OLD phone numbers from debts that are either expired (past the statute of limitations for collections) or they don't have a current/correct phone number.
