Caller from "www.newyearspay.com"

This place has so many phone numbers you block one and next day you have another call from them.  Some times within a few hours...I have 20 blocked too many numbers to recall from this payday loan company.  They leave a voicemail ..'hello and congratulations....etc."  it goes on and on.  This stupid and annoying caller needs to stop.  You call back and get some foreign guy you can hardly understand and you tell him politely to take my number off their list.  He says he will  but doesn't do it.  They think if they keep calling you will evently give in.  So idiotic!!! It;s a scam plain and simple and needs to be stopped.!!!!
