I received 27 calls from this number over a period of 2 weeks, at all hours, including 3am, 4am.  They are calling a cellphone issued to me by my employer for emergency response, so I have to scramble to answer it anywhere, any time.  The calls always have nobody on the line and hang up.  I called back and got someone who said they worked for a telemarketing company in California (even though the out-bound number is a Florida exchange- a common VOIP trick to mask the true location of the caller), and they had permission to call me because I put my name into an online form for a free grocery coupon.  I can assure you that never happened, but apparently someone filling out the form just put in a random phone number and it was mine.  I can't get it removed, supposedly, because they have my permission to call me!

I keep getting calls from this number. They don't leave a message because I don't answer Unavailable calls. These people come up FLORIDA and if I do answer I get dead silence, call back mre dead air. Who are they and how can I stop em. VERY FRUSTRATING, this number is no only one . I have about 6 callers. GGGGGRRRRRR!
