i got a call from Ranjith Sing (he told that he is a verification officer of gwalior sesson court) and he told that Alok Sharma is going to file a case against you and not telling any other details and gave Alok Sharma number and case number as LM415 . Later i called Alok Sharma, he told Airtel is going to file a case against you.

7898620132 dis guy calls me up at weird times and says that der is case filed against me by alok sharma in gwalior court n i need to present myself in 30min... he harasses me.. any way to deal wid him? nyways.. i damn care... get a life man

The same thing happened with me today.
Ranjit Singh called me up from the number "9630263745", and told me that he represents Gwalior session court and is a verification lawyer.
He said that Mr. Alok Sharma is going to file a case against me and was not ready to give any more info on that. He gave a number of Alok sharma "07509936673" and asked me to call him up, which I never did.
If he tries to call me again, I will record his call and will make sure he gets a trial against the local session court.

Got a call from 9740009484 and told me that the he is verification officer from Gwalior session court.
said the same story and gave Alok Sharma "07509936673" number to contact....

Also beware I had given my old address to these fools while taking the connection since I had changed my address they cudnt find me in de old address and kept calling me. day before yest they called me saying tat they are from a courier company and had a courier for meand gave me my old address. I said tat was old and gave my new address and tday I got a call from de same person telling me abt a case being I immediately googled their names and saw this now .can someone pls tell me if I might be at risk since I gave my right address to them?

The same just happened to me, and googled his name to find this forum. I have been fighting to get my Airtel bill resolved, now this stupid guys calls me up and asks me to pay the dues , else they will have to file my case and I will have to pay up Rs 53000/-.

I have already written a mail to airtel about the same, awaiting their reply. which I am pretty sure would be something stupid again

Any more calls  from Rengith Singh or any one on behalf of Airtel for illegal claims or malicious litigations will be dealt with seriously.  This is totally unfair on the part of Airtel.  If Airtel has any grievance, it has all rights to proceed in a lawful manner. I will prosecute the culprits for the difficulties suffered by me in their poor and deficient service.  Legal Notice follows.....

Exactly same thing has happened to me!

I had relocated from Karnataka and in between this confusion i had not paid my last bill amount, this also because their online payment was not working. After this they had called me up at hyderabad and i had given my address multiple times for collecting the payment, they never bothered and now they have the balls to call me up and threaten me for payment, interestingly i am still using Airtel for broad band and DTV at Hyderabad and still they want to sew their own customer. Weirdo organization!

Same thing happened to me also.
If they call me again, I am going to ask them to talk to my lawyer.
Is this really Airtel or someone malicious ?
If its Airtel, why dont they send emails or use any other ways of communication ?

I got a call from someone telling me to talk to Alok Sharma as there was a court case against me. He gave case no. LM 508. I was shocked and immediately called the no. given by him. Alok Sharma told me that Bharati airtel was filing a case for non-payment and was going to submit the case by 5.

I had disconnected airtel BB in Nov 2010. Still they are charging me extra 2k inspite of repeated mails and phone calls I made informing them that i did not have any dues. I even mailed scanned copy of last receipt.

Guys, I also received a call today from the Alok Sharma, saying that a case has been filed against me in the Gwalior Court for non payment of 2359 INR bill amount since Nov'10 to April'11, when infact I got the landline connection disconnected in Oct itself, as I was shifting to a new flat. They kept generating the bill and now this happened. I ended up making the payment, only to realise after googling later that they are collection agents masquerading as Advocate, making fool out of us.I've reached to all possible Airtel ids and raised complaint and I'm sure they'll take their own sweet time...

Let us all join hands to file a case against Airtel in Consumer Court...else this harrassment will continue.

Hi, I also got a call from this number and they said I have got a 250gms parcel and that was from an insurance company. They asked me to give my personal details and I refused. They later called me and told that someone has filled a case against me in Gwalior court and that its confidential information. they asked me to call some unknown guy and to get the details.

Guys please do elt us know who the hell these people are and why they are calling us like this.

Airtel Cant do like this without intimation. Although they have our Number and mail ids, probably they are from recovery agency agents. if they want to file a case also let them file , pl ask them to send a mail or return notice then give complaint,

Same kind of call. From number 8602800648 asking me to be present in MP Gwalior in a couple of hours at a sessions court. I am from Karnataka.

The parcel call happened to me as well. Somebody called and asked me for my address, claiming that there was parcel dispatched to me from Mumbai. Now I realise that it was these hoodlums. I moved office and requested for the shifting of airtel connection to the new premises. The shifting was not done due to lack of feasability(No ports). The bill kept getting generated though. I refused to pay.

I too got a same call... wht does this men... When i called up Sharma, he told me i have to make a fine of 52thousand and i was shocked...

I received a call from ranjit singh from a number +918602800646 giving me a case number and asking me to speak to alok sharma. I understood it is for airtel. So guys could u please tell me what next to do. I dont have a clue

I got a call from 08602800648 from a person who claimed himself to be a verification officer of gwalior court and told that i have to appear in the court for the case file number LM510. He gave 08269697105 as AlokSharma's number and told that he is the advocate. I had not paid 2 months bills for the reason that they have not sent even a single bill to me from the beginning. Alok Sharma told that the case would be filed @ 4.30 if i dont make the payment and send him the scanned copy. What should I do now?
