They called and left a message saying they couldn't do something that we had asked to have done and left the phone number - that was all. After calling them back and waiting on hold for 10 minutes I googled the number and found out they were a power company looking to take over our account. After the underhanded way they tried to get our business I will definately not deal with them.

This number 18002109011 also another number 18009198021 was given by a telemarketer saying it was Border Energy to change natural gas acct. but the phone number doesn't match to the company

Just got a call from this number and say we haven't been paying our natural gas bill.  Call them back and with a given ext. 2645 and they didn't even mention what company is it.  Just say "Thank you for calling customer service".  Then, I called our natural gas company and confirmed that this number, 18002109011, is not associated with them.

The persons name is Ryan Hawthorne.. 1-888-210-9011 x2032 and his fax number is 1-888-471-5752.

Received a call from this number.  They represented themselves as PA Gas and Electric, working with West Penn Power Co. and wanted to sign us up with their company in order to save on our electric bill.  The 'pitch' sounds like the telephone company 'scam' calls that have been around for years so I pressed 'Rebecca' for more information.  PA Gas and Electric is listed at www.papowerswitch.com as an alternate electric company for our area, however, I can find no proof that the call actually originated from them as none of the phone numbers I was given match the numbers on the actual website.  Additionally, if you do call the 8002109011 number back, there is no company information given.  Even if they are who they say, I would be cautious about giving out any information or agreeing to anything.

6-20 @3:37pm guy says "hello, hello, can you hear me" I said what do you want, he said, "There's a bad echo, I'll call you back". I said, "NO, DON'T CALL ME BACK!".(I called the number back, first time recording said it was not a working number, second call said I must dial a "1" before dialing the number. "SPOOFING", which is a FEDERAL CRIME???
6-21 @12:59pm I answered, "I'd like to speak with the person that pays DP&L...". I asked who she was. She said, "Renesha(?) from "BORDER ENERGY". I cut her off told her that I have told you losers time after time to STOP CALLING this number!". She got rude, talking over me, saying things about my mother and the way I was raised...
Since TELLING these idiots to STOP CALLING won't/doesn't work, maybe a visit to their "offices" in BELLFONTAINE/POWELL, OHIO will.

They called and said I had an outstanding gas bill.  Fortunately for me, I have no gas service on the premises and knew it was bogus from the start.  Call back number given is 800-210-9011 with x3772.

Rep Aaron (ext-3806) claims he's calling from Penn Power, gives the last four numbers of a bogus account and demands you return his call "with the statement in hand".  Turns out he's a telemarketer with a bad attitude.

they called and said that they were from Naitonal Grid our Utility.  Their pitch was that they could save us money and we could get a rebate.  Then she asked for our account number.  Well if she was for National Grid she would not need that.  I took her name and number and said that I would get back to her.  Shai at 800-210-9011. Called and left message with no response. I also dialed the operator and the box was full so I could not leave a message.

Second time these people called. They once again identified themselves as a PG&E partner company wanting to speak to the bill holder about an offer to reduce the bill by 10% if we gave them in the information from page 3 of the bill along with the account number. Told them to give me a call back number and the company they worked for.

Getting real sick and tired of their calls

Daily calls from this number to our business, saying it's "regarding our National Grid bill". Always a different name is given, today it was "Mr. Jewel." When asked they always refuse to identify their company. They claimed today that our owner had "missed an appointment with their representative". Very blatant lies.

Yeah this number called me and this pushy women Sharon at ext 3786 left a message.  She made it sound like an emergency like my gas was going to be shut off....in a demanding tone she said "You have to call me today with your gas and electric bill in hand!!!  She can kiss my a**.  Who would switch to a gas provider with a customer service rep like that??? No one...  LMAO

Report them to the police...if they call three times more after you file the complaint you can press chargers.  If they call me one more time I'm filing a complaint.  It only takes 10 minutes at the police station.

Called our organization asking for who was in charge of the electric bill, offering reduction to electric account. Gave extension 3243 and said her name was Jessica. We have no electric bill, on account of being part of a larger building.

Received a call from 800 210-9011 they stated they were calling about a rebate.  That is under handed.  How can anyone do business with a dishonest company.

Got a voice message from Mrs. Rodriguez from "AP&G" calling about our National Grid accounts.  Wants a call back today at extension 4493....I don't think so! They're probably trying to convince us to buy our energy supply from them.  I wish companies would stop being so annoying...if we were interested in switching, we'd be researching companies and making the calls ourselves!

Message from Lynn regarding our "PPL rebate check". I suspected a scam, but called back anyway... no company-identifying information.

Received a phone call from Lynn today with the same message.

I got a call from them today stating they had a rebate check for me and to call them right away, I called back and all it said was I have reached the service center! They are not from NYSEG and they sure as hell do not have a rebate check for me they are just trying to get me to switch to them for my energy supply, no thank you!
