Called second time in week and disonnects when I answer

I got a call from this number.. there was no answer and after I said "Hello" twice it hung up.

When I called this number back, it says "Thank you for calling Knology"...

I just got a call from this number. This was a notification from Knology Holdings Inc. One of the local cable companies in town

They have called several times but never left a message...when I've answered it there hasn't been anything said.

yes I got A call and not HAPPY IS ACCOUNT  that has been charged off for years   I have adv then  to ceaise and  disits  and when as for a mailing address they hang up and wont stop calling

It is the collections department for Knology/WOW cable company (I used to work there) Its a generic recording.

Our internet service is with knology.  They phone, but I don't answer because knology doesn't identify themselves on CID.  We call back, bur knology said they didn't call.  This is the second time in two weeks that this has happened.  WTF???

It is an automated call system for the collection department of WOW cable/internet company.
I just needed to update my payment info.

Who called from this number

Just paid the bill after terminating the service.  We don't like the service and this is typical of cable operations trying to squeeze you for more money.
