Received a message from this number saying that there has been a formal complaint filed against me and my social security number.  She left a reference number.  I am not calling back.  I thought these calls had stopped but they have started back again.

Received a message from a Claudia Spears who left this phone number but called from a blocked number. I NEVER answer a phone call from a blocked number, usually scam artists. She didn't leave a name who the message was for. Stated something to the affect of "This is Claudia Spears calling in regards to a claim against your Social Security number for the 2011 tax year." Left a case number and the telephone number 8002145356.

I have no idea who this is for. I get these calls all the time. When I call I usually get treated rudely trying to determine who it is they are calling to speak with. It's never for me. Really getting tired of this crap. It's the same company that called a couple weeks ago. I've told these companies numerous times the individual they are attempting to reach does not own this cell phone number. I've had this cell phone number for years. I shouldn't have to tell them more than once! Quit calling my damn cell phone!!!!

I got a message from Randy Stone saying there has been a formal complaint filed against my social security number and that he is filing irs form 1099. I don't know who this person is or what they specifically wants but I am not giving out my personal information over the phone. He can mail any letter of complaint to me but I am NOT volunteering my personal information.

I keep gettingh these calls, day after day, for a Cheryl ??? about account 3859293, who does not have my phone number.  I have tried leaving voice mail messages repeatedly to no avail.
