    It's Dell Financial Services. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST credit account you could EVER EVER EVER get. The APR is outrageous, they start auto-dialing you 2 days before your bill is even due (not past due, just normally due!), they send you threatening letters if you're ever late, they 100% will not ever work with any debt reduction program, they are A**HOLES! Just get an app to block their number, that's what I do.
