Definently a scam...my folks got some letter in the mail with this number in it...they called and were told they won a cruise, and if they paid $538 plus $59 in port taxes they would get a whole assortment of stuff...They fed by folks a bunch of crap...they gave their credit card number trusting these people...afterwards, they were told they would have to get passports...that makes sense, but they failed to tell my parents that...when my father caught them with it, he said nevermind...cancel the whole deal...they spend probably ten minutes arguing back and forth...This really really upsets me because my folks work hard to make a living and don't need idiots like this trying to ruin their credit or screw them out of money...I called several times to different numbers to see how they could get their money back...I got the same runaround...in order to get their money back they had to wait for some info to come in the mail...forget that...my father called the credit card company's fraud division, who not only took the charges off the account but filed a dispute with the company...I followed up with the BBB and with this scammed up company...if you get calls DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION...their only reasons to call are to screw you over...

the same thing happened to me, i entered this draw at a fair in calgary ab and within a week i got a call saying I won a trip. Then after feeding me what sounded like great information, 3 days in south florida, orlando florida, and the bahamas cruise, they tell me its just 599 for two people, i fell for it. I freaked out and called them back after i got my package and wanted mu money back, the lady eventually gave me all of it but 149$. that was in 2007, then i got a call again two years later saying that i owed them this money and if i didnt pay it then it would be sent to collections and i would owe the money and not get any trip, but if i payed the money then i would get the trip but have to pay the balance of 698$. i fell for it again cause the guy was demanding and very persuasive that it was against the law if i didnt pay him and it would be on my credit pretty much and people would come after me for it. Well after getting off the phone i freaked out again and started to reaseach, only to find out that its not always a scam but a very shady trip. not good qualiy, hidden fees everywhere and not worth anything. I called my visa company and they told me what to do. If you reseive the package, send it back with a courier and get a tracking number, if your money is then not refunded then call your visa company and tell them whats going on and they get your money back for you, You have to have the tracking number!! or if the package is not sent yet and you have paid money, call them back and tell them you have talked to your visa company and you do not want the package and they owe you your money back. the rcmp line in canada is 18884958501 and can use that as a bit of help. They go off the phone for a few min and then come back to say they have talked to their supervisor and will be refunding your money within two days. in my case, i was out 149 from two years ago but its better than another 800$. hope this helps anyone. there are the two numbers, 19545133069 or 18002218200. do not answer unless you want to buy a shady time share trip.

I received a letter in the mail stating that I won a free 2-3 night trip. So I had my fiance call to verify it and the guy we spoke with went on this whole thing about a package and what not and we thought hey we are getting married within the next couple years we should do it. He told us we could do a monthly payment for 12 months and take it with in the next 2 years and just 90 days before taking the trip it was 99 dollars extra for each person. we were so excited we were like okay thats fine gave him the card number and all that other stuff and then the next day I looked at my account and 795 dollars was pending through! I couldnt believe it I looked on here about the number they gave us to call and everything said it was a scam i tried to call the number back I am not even kidding you i was on the phone for an hour on HOLD! No one picked up the phone. Then 2 days after me trying to call every day I looked at my account again and they ended up only taking 66 dollars out. I have tried contacting them until this day to get my money back but no one answers it. I just dont know what to do any more..... I just want to cancel it

OK so I sign up for this free car give away At Fairview Park mall In kitchener, ON. I had completely forgotten about it until today when i got a call With a lady telling me that i had won the Cruise for two give away which was one of the prizes! She ask for me by my name and reminded me of the contest i had sign up for. She also asked if i was over the age of 18. I was very excited! They said everything was included, i had about 9 different restaurants to chose from, i could go snorkeling or swimming with the dolphins. That we left from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas. That I didn't have to book a date today but i had a year and a half to use it. She made it sound very very attractive! And well i had never really won anything before or gone on a cruise that most of what she said is a blur! =/! She asked me to pay the $118 port fee for two people with and them she asked me to do the registration. When she started to ask for my credit card information is when i woke up basically... I told her That I "needed to consult it with my husband" (I'm not married) and  if she could please give me a number to call her back. She said that I was supposed to make the payment now so that i could claim my prize, but that she was going to make an exception and not take me off file so that i could call back. She said I had to call back today or i wouldn't be on file anymore. She gave me this number: 1-800-221-8200. I'm very glad i didn't give them any of my credit card information. WOW i was really hoping it wasn't a scam. I have being to other sites and no one sound very happy! So Think twice about doing this!

Same thing happened to me but they charged my visa card so I couldn't get my money back.

This was 4 years ago, they called me again today saying that I still have a "deposit" with them and that I had to pay for my full payment now. They threatened to charge my visa for $900 dollars even when I said "no you may not charge my card". It turns out to be all empty bluffs of them trying to get money from me because they didn't dare to charge my visa.

FOUR years later! They still have my number! They are persistent, shameless, scamming company that you need to watch out for.

yea, i just got a call from them, pay 118 in port taxes for a 2-2 trip to the bahamas. only reason i listened to the call was because they said they got my info from ragingbid.com, which i signed up for an account like 6 months ago and never used.

they started asking me for my credit card info, and hyping up the trip like crazy, and i got suspicious. i asked how i would know if this was a scam, and they sent me (via email) a "corporate endorsed certified letter of guarantee", which was sketchy and not formatted well, which raised a red flag, seeing as this is a seemingly professional cruise line. their website looks like it was made in the 90's, which further told me that it was a scam. their website was made by another sketchy company. they also said that their cruise line was featured in the portofpalmbeach.com website, which they said was a "government website". aren't government websites supposed to end in ".gov" and not ".com" (where .com is for a company)?

all in all, these guys are total scammers, don't give your credit card info to them
