    25 second blank message - heard nothing.

    Had been on the phone with Time Warner prior to receiving the call 30 minutes later. They said an automated service would be calling - figure it was them.

    This is the survey that Time Warner does every time you have any kind of service performed concerning your Time Warner Cable, Internet or Phone.  It is dialed by a computer as I understand and usually within 30 minutes to an hour of having the service completed.  When you answer, it may take a couple of seconds for the survey to begin.

    It is not a scam number.  Just had them call me today after I had Internet installed.
