Called my work saying that they had an important matter to discuss which would soon be forwarded to my payroll department.

they called me and they said they had very important paperwork very urgent. call came in as unknown but the voicemail was left by marilyn. direct 2829

they called my work and told co-worker they were going to garnish my wages.  Good luck can't in Texas and I don't owe any one.

called me and said that they would garnish my wages if I didn't have a "qualifying" payment ib two days.  I checked federal laaw and then talked to the lady again, explained to her that I couldn't make the "qualifying" payment and that I would send in some money (student loan) and when they wanted to work it out with me, then I'd talk to them. I also wrote the the company 'Windham Professionals' and the student loan people about how I was treated.  I got a call back a few days later with a completely different tone, and was told that the payment I had said would be fine.  Know the law before you talk to these people, they can be bullies.

I don't know who this is, but it is very unprofessional to call someone's job, especially if they are a teacher, looking for them.

I received a call asking for our daughter who no longer lives at home. When I told the caller that he asked for another number I can reach her at. I refused to give her number to the caller.I said I felt if it was someone she wanted to talk to, she would have given a number they could reach her at.I was then told to tell her to call this number and ask for Christopher.
