we got 4mymobile.com from verizon others got different names. sounds like major fraud. - SSSI put my cell # in a funny website to receive an answer to their question, - big mistake! Now they send text messages to my cell phone. I do not have unlimited text and must pay for their text messages - ads to join their service, whatever that might be. I AM NOT INTERESTED! Must I cancel Verizon cell phone and change number to stop them?

I did not call the number. I have found elsewhere that it may be the result of having completed a quiz on facebook in which I had to supply my cell phone number. - SuzanneGot a text from this number also. Got my Unicel bill today and I was billed for $9.99. I will not pay for this. Unicel is now owned by Verizon. Thanks for all the info on how to stop these pigs. I hope the FTC gets really involved and 8002357105 and the others will have to pay back all they have stolen and pay a huge fine!!!
- bemet| 1 replyFor everyone who gets these stupid text reply "stop" that is it. You get another text from them stating that you are unsubscribed thats what I did. And it stopped. If you also need to call up your cell store to make sure you didnt get billed.

- mikeygYeah I think I got nabbed on Facebook too. 901-97 was texting me nonsense every day. I replied 'STOP' and they say (SAY!) they've unsubscribed me.
Facebook is fun for the personal contact, but all that other crap (quizzes, virtual drinks, etc) I ignore now. - SAlso received a text about snakes from 910-97. I called the 1-800 number and 'unsubscibed', but received same message (and same $9.99 charge) the following month. I finally modified my phone plan to block 'Premium messages'. Next month I received a message from 910-00 stating "Premium Messaging to this mobile number has been blocked" ... GOOD!
