received a phone call wanting information on a person that does not live here and wanted info on our son. the number was 8222364188, ext.60719 a sharon was leaving this message.  got into a heated discussion with and she wanting to know to much personnal info.  she stated that we were not clients so i could not speak to her supervisor, as i asked to speak to her supervisor, as she is rude.  thank god for caller id, i will not answer the phone when an unknown number calls.  i am tired of the messages from these people.  we do not bank there and thank god we don't, so we don't have the debt so they need to quit calling.  they are just trying to get info out of you so they can use it.  i want these people to quit calling here.

I get calls from them all the time.  The company is Elan and they are the backend for a lot of credit cards through small local banks that can't afford to do all the work themselves.  they are some of the rudest people i have ever talked to in my life.

Them: "hello, Mr. Hernandez."
Me: "no, you have the wrong number."
Them: "what is your name, sir."
Me: "well, it's not Mr. Hernandez...you have the wrong number."
Them: "Does Mr. Hernandez live there."
Me: "This is a cell phone that I've had for more than a year, no one lives here. Have a nice day and good luck."
2nd Call.
Them: "Mr. Hernandez, you have a very important collection matter that needs to be resolved immediately."
Me: "I'm not Mr. Hernandez...I told you this is the wrong number."
Them: "SIR, this is very important we will continue to call."
Me: "Hold on........Ms. what is your name this call is being recorded."
Them: "No Mr. Hernandez, I do not authorize you to record this call."
Me: "Well then hang the [***] up and don't call this number anymore."
Them: -----click.

I recently got a cell phone and on the second day of it being on i have this 1800 number calling me I answer and its a guy the first time then the second time it was a girl they asked me questions about some nicole chick. I have no clue who this nicole is. they insist that im hiding her like most people do with their bill collectors but these people keep calling me and calling me they wont stop! One time outta the 50 phone calls i got i just got fed up and freaked out. that just added fuel to the fire. they wont stop harrasing me someone should call the police on these people or something. I told them both that i will find them and i will find them even if i gotta go across country to do that. My cell phone is my life line and i dont have time to put up with these fools. I hope they read this cause if they do I just want u to know that im coming for u.

Got a call from 8002364188, a recording came on please stay on the line u have a important msg. Stayed on the line for a couple of mins and all of a sudden the line hung up.

Just got another call from these slugs.  Called once before rudest woman ever!  Wanted personal information says they are a debt collector and I must give all info to them so they can talk to me about a non-existant debt.  Used a hospital bill from 2006 that was paid and said I had to give them $2000 today to clear the debt.  I spoke to the supervisor a man who did the same thing.  Left number that was a wrong number to call back.  Beware! scammers.

They call me at least 2 times everyday. They refuse to tell me why and I demanded that they take my phone number out of their system. The second time that I called back they agreed to manually remove my number. I will continue to block the number.

I get a call about every 30-45 minutes from 800 236-4188 starting at 730AM and ending at 9PM.
Shows as Cardmember Services yet they never leave a message.

From other posts it shows as a debt collector. I haven't been late on a payment in 20 years.

Very annoying since its my VoIP line and interrupts other conference calls/webex's etc.
Finally went into my service providers portal and blocked them.

This is a debt collector and some of the rudest people I've talked to. They have been harassing and calling me like 3 times a day. I have no clue the name of the company because they keep doing the run around as soon as I find out I'm sending a cease letter.
