they said they were from a company INS, they had ss# our credit score and credit card debt. they said they were contacted from the credit bureau to notify us they were going to raise  all of our interest rates. They said that they would be paid by the banks to lower all of them. there federal id was 33276. sounded fishy to me

WOW!  I just got a phone call from the same company.  When I started to question them, they transfered me to another person.  When I said I wanted to verify who they were and take some time to look them up on the internet, another person came on the phone.  This person was a fast talker.  He started hounding me on "Why are you not trusting us" and "This is your loss" and completely yelling at me.  I told him I just wanted some time to find out if they were a ligitimate company and he said he sent me something in the mail 60 days ago.  He continually wanted me to verify my husband's ss # too.  I wouldn't do so.  He wanted me to verify what kind of credit I had outstanding and available.  I wouldn't do so.  He continued to yell at me and tell me I was "stupid for not taking them up on this offer."  I hung up.  Sounds very shady to me!

My husband received a call from IMS and this 800-249-5203 number telling him that they could lower my interest rates on my credit cards because I have been such a good customer...My husband past on my cell phone number (because I am in the finance field) and when Tina Stone called me it sounded fishy as well..

She tried to tell my husband that she was from our mortgage company and they were going to help us...RIGHT THERE I KNOW IT WAS A SCAM...What mortgage company is going to call you especially when you have never made a late payment and everything is current to tell you they want to help you with other bills....Come on man.....People are losing there homes left and right and you want me to believe that you, my mortgage company is going to help me with Credit Cards.

I hung up on them and called my mortgage company and just as suspected, no such department or service.....BIG SCAM......In these trying times when people are desperate to try anything to help there situation you have to have SCUM like this calling to SCAM you....UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

I also got a call from IMS. Was told the same offer. Was told their name was IMS - Interest Management Services. I asked many questions and they seemed to have an answer for everything. I would not verify any information with them. I asked for their contact number and was given the name of Ashley Wilson. Did a search on the net but nothing. Not worth taking the chance for me. Too many really smart scammers out there. I would give the same to everyone.

Come on guys, are you serious? Not every company out there is out to scam you, are they gonna make money for helping you? Of course!!!! But what do you think your banks and c/ccompanies are already doing? At least with these guys I actually seen my interest rates drop and seen where my money was actually spent. Now I'm not saying that all companies are good that offer these types of programs, but this one was actually good for me. And while you re busy complaining about this company take a minute to look at the complaints for good ol Walmart...Walmart has the most consumer complaints then any other company in the world but that won't stop me from buying my electronics from their..just saying.....
