We received a call this evening.  The caller was doing a political survey for a local race.

800-251-5850 keeps calling at all hours of the day and up to 9:30 at night and there is no one there. i tried calling back and it says the number has been disconnected?

I have had 8 - 10 calls from these idiots today!  It rings twice and they hang up.  Sorry, but I don't wear skates and I am sure I don't want to answer it anyway since I tried to call back and get a recording that it is disconnected or no longer in service!!!

Call was automatically blocked due to being a toll free number.

Got three calls from this number today,  Just reported them to the Do Not call registry, Complaint accepted. Do the same,, Let the FTC deal with these people.

On do not call list and keep getting calls from this number.

I called 800-251-5850 back.  It is a marketing/research group.  they are not subject to the DO NOT CALL list because they are not selling anything; strictly surveys.  they say to answer the phone and tell the interviewer to remove your number from their list.

It's easy enough to say answer and ask to be taken off their list but on several occasions I answer and they hang up.

calls at least 5x per day. Won't answer for me, everytime I pick up they've already hung up. On the Do not call list already!

Got a letter in the mail a few days ago from Arbitron survey wanting me to participate in a survey.  Even though I called the number listed on the letter to let them know that I DID NOT want to participate, my phone has been ringing for five days, three times a day.  It rings three times and they hang up.  They have called as late as 9:30.  There has to be something that we can do!  Even though they might be a survey company, they need to be held responsible.

We recieved this call number daily.   Called back and got a recording.

Received the first call an hour ago.  She asked to speak to the man or woman of the house.  I said No, because we were on the Do Not Call list.  She said that she would call back when I had learned how to speak to people!  I said "*#&(%*&#)@" and hung up.  
Got the 2nd call just now.

we got a call from this number today. We did not answered.

number called a few times ,, political servey .. said yes call back after nine, my idea   , they never  do ,, dont give them any info ,

They said they are on subject to the laws, I am not convinced.

Been seeing a bunch of 800 numbers and this is one of them.  Don't answer surveys either - sometimes we let our guard down believing it's just another J.D.Power Associates type survey and starting telling them more than what we should, like name of employer (start to call you at work), title, approximate annual earning (money in the bank), method of commute (own a car, check DMV records to track you down more), animals in the home (no guard dog, easy to clean your house empty of valuables), own or rent (check property tax records to find names of co-owners/signers) and a bunch of other seemingly details to profile you, the victim of identify theft and/or collection agents for your roommate's grand-uncle, etc.)

I hope they'll stop calling now, I just reported them to the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm)

800-251-5850 keeps calling.  Usually after 9PM EST.
Can here background noise, usually someone talking to some else, almost like the caller isn't aware
I have answered.
Am on the do not call list ...
