800-256-1038 These scumbags are calling our business at all hours of the day and night. Caller ID shows up as Account Services, Merchant Services, 800-Service, etc. They seem to be using different names and phone numbers, but it's always the same people. They claim to be our Credit Card Merchant Services company, which we do NOT have or use. Most of our business is done via Cash or Check, and for CC's, we use Square. We have informed them time and time again that we do NOT have an account with them, that we've NEVER had an account with them, and that we will NEVER have an account with them. They are attempting to commit fraud, plain and simple. They are being reported directly to the FCC, the FTC and the BBB for their attempted illegal actions as every call that's come into our business from them has been legally recorded.

I received a call from a "Nigerian sounding fella" at this same number who told me I'd been overcharged a fee of $63 back in May.  As soon as I asked him for further details, he hung up.

I suppose that his next question would have been to ask for my bank info or merchant number (which I don't have as we do not take credit cards)<g>

For giggles I called the number back and got an automated attendant that announced "Customer First Merchant Services"

the company helped me lowered my rate back at the net percentage which is 1.79% the customer first merchant support! if it wasn't for them  i would have still be overcharged

they called us from a telemarketing room...very sketchy people, asking for ss #'s bcz we had been having a problem my boss gave them all the info they were asking for (bad move)...they are definitely  a scumbag scam operation. The "Manager" Robert Groucher" (suspect that is not his real name) talked back to me, talked over me, yelled at me, and finally hung up on me, and then blocked our number after I told him I knew about the scammy nature of his business...so now we cannot even call in from our office number and they have all our information...Very Very Upset they are still allowed to do buisness

Beverly Green  stated she was from Merchant Services and oversees all the Credit Cartd Processing Companies. Our small business was being overcharged at a 2.75% rate and should not be charged over 1.79% rate as put into law Oct 1, 2011...I asked her for her contact info 1 800 256-1038 ext 1002, asked her to hold and googled her phone# and my instincts were right. I returned to her and she wanted me to figure the overcharges with her so they could assist in recovering these overcharges from our card processing company. When I told her I was looking at what google brought up on her number and I didn't think she was the type of person I wanted to deal with-she hung up. Obviously a scam!

Bev just called me with the exact same scam. In NO WAY should anyone provide these people with any info.
