- Gene Dixon| 2 repliesI recieved this green post card in the mail and I was supicious as to whether or not it was some kind of scam so I called the people. The guy that answered the phone answered all of my questions and was quite knowledgable. He did not try and pressure me at all. I'm thinking about using them. They seem like a good company to me.
- Gene Dixon replies to Gene Dixon| 1 replyOh yeah, the name of the company that I am probably going to buy from is National Vehicle Headquarters and the guy said they had been in business for over 10 years.
- Keith replies to Gene Dixoni would consult with your dealership first and how did i get the same green card?
- stevei got this form in the mail about my warranty number is 18002619178 does anyone know who this is
- Will| 1 replyHi I recieved a letter from National Vehicle Headquarters and it seems suspicious, especially because all business letters always have or offer a website for viewing purposes. - Sean replies to BernieI received this same letter and being in the car business and working with extended service contracts every day, this letter is absolutely unprofessional. The way they wrote the letter is to trick people into buying it. Don't buy it! It's a scam!
- natyea i got this letter with no logo stating my warranty expires.. LOL how can it expire when the car is only 2-3 month old..there is not website to check just a phone number. there is not VIN number or what kind of car i purchased..I believe this is a total scam. the funny thing is i got the letter the day after it says to call before date. I wonder how can we turn the business in to Better Business or FBI?
- KarenThis is a scam. I received a letter from National Vehicle Headquarters with this phone number. As Nat said in this thread, there is no vehicle info and business address on the form. I just bought my car and have full warranty for 7 years through the manufacturer. They state on the backside of the form, "This prescreened offer of insurance...." Don't buy insurance from a "company" that tries to scare you to buy their insurance.
