This number called my cell at 1:06am. Did not leave a msg

Got a call from 800 268-6870 at 6:42AM on a Sunday! No message was left.  I called the number back and they claim to be an alarm monitoring company. I have no alram system. ?????

This number called us last night at 2 a.m.!!! ... and continue to call.  Have blocked other 1-800 numbers they've had ... now this is a new one.  How do we get rid of them?

This number called our home at 4:15 a.m. ... rang once.  Then 5 minutes rang again ... once.  Just enough to wake us up and not be able to sleep for the rest of the night!! ... grrrrr

They are an alarm monitoring company. My local company just switched to them and this is the number they gave to call inbound

If you're receiving a call from this number it's an alarm company....Your alrm is going off and they're attempting to contact you to see if you want dispatch or not.

This number is legit - I called another number I have and was told that it's a number that get forwarded to the dispatcher.

It's a company that monitors security alarm systems for businesses and maybe residential. The late night phone calls should be them alerting the number they have on file that there is an alarm that they can see going off. They could easily have wrong numbers, as they change often.

Got a call at 11:45pm from this number!

They called at 6:00 am then another at 6:40. The calls kept on going. 7:30, 8:20, 9:30. They left a message the first time, but it was directed to someone else it said that a power outage has occured and there is low battery so get ahold of them before you lose signal. It’s really annoying!

They are nothing but fake alarm companies trying to scam, dont fall for it

This number was left on my answering machine. They said they were some sort of medical company, but I don't have any connection with any medical company. Seems like lots of other people got this scam recording which I suspect it is.

Got a call from what appeared to be a white or Caucasian female caller on the answering machine but the message was delivered very quickly and was almost hard to hear clearly.  Call Display showed State Monitoring at 1-800-268-6870.  Called the number back and was on hold for the next representative but decided to leave it after a prolonged wait.  My suspicion is it is a scam.  They called yesterday at 2:58pm.

Got a call at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday morning!  Said she was with an alarm company & wanted to talk to my dad-who lives 100 miles from me. Then my dad got a call from the same person, same number, who said she was with an alarm company

voice mail left this AM at 0916, with a female voice saying very fast that they had an alarm alert and to call them back at this number. I have no alarm system. new type of scam??

Its fake.  I called my alarm provider and there was no event logged.   They should call the job bank for a real job.

A calm male voice called at 3:30 AM to tell me my alarm is activated. But I have no monitoring system. Is this a scam?

I'm at work, they called me 3 times in a row. No idea who they are. I live in an apartment.
