Wells Fargo Financial Home Preservation Department. They gave me misleading information about my overdue payments that caused me to make a duplicate payment that bounced. Make sure you have your up-to-date info before talking to them.

my called id has this number calling 9 times!!!! no message is left, nothing.

If you want to stop those bastars as well as up to a total of 30 numbers from calling your number just get cox selective call rejection. once you have added their number to your reject list, your phone will not even ring if they call you, ever.  they have more than one 800 number that they will locate and update your number with.  that 800 service is hooked up to thier computer and does a auto dial thing that updates there call list every day.  that's why it hangs up with out leaving a message.  it just checked that your number was hooked up and was a working number.  i added that option to my cox service and it cost me about 3.50 a month to block 30 calls.  and it is easy to use. best thing that ever happened in phone history in my lifetime and i'm 60.  We got control of our phone back.
Another way is to get a box that you hook up to your line and input their number in it and when they call you they will get a canned message with a digitial code that will tell their computer that your number is not a working number.  once their computer receives that digital signal, the same signal the phone company use's when you have reached a disconnected number, it will auto maticly take your number out of their system.  that box cost about 60.00 bucks. but some company's have defeated the box already.

My cell phone rang and my caller ID showed that it was an old friend of mine.  When I answered the person on the other end said he was Chad with Wells Fargo and wanted me to confirm my address so we could continue.  I asked him continue with what and he said continue with why called.  I then asked why did you call and then he said I'll call back when you aren't so uncooperative and then he hung up on me.  Who are these people and what are they calling about?  Why wouldn't he at least tell me what department he is with?

Most importantly HOW did they swap out my friends number in my cell with their number.  Pretty freaking bizarre.
