Receive a call from them about every other day.  They ask for a Kelly Burnett.  I've asked them to change their records a couple of times now.

I have asked this person to stop calling me.

They keep calling my Tracfone cell; I've had this number for six months, but they just keep calling for the girl who had it before, who maybe didn't pay her bills?

ameriloan is what you get when you call back. payday loan company-make the mob look good. another number for them is 800-503-0165.tell them your next call is to police to press harrassment charges and invasion of privacy and that your gonna sue.

This is Ameriloan Payday Loan.  They have been calling me at work every day for the past month and leaves a recorded message.  I have continually emailed them telling them to stop calling me at work.  I have had financial difficulities and did default on a loan with them.  I have since learned that they are an unlicensed company.  That is why they have not provided me with a physical mailing address.  If they want their principal of their loan back, they must provide me with an address to mail money orders.  

If they continue to call me at work when I have emailed them not to, I will report them to the FTC.

how did you get your financial issued cleared up? I have several pay day loans and i get between 15-20 calls a day. I dont know what to do any more. Can anyone help?

We have every sympathy with your plight, but from the sound of things your need is greater for debt advice rather than for phone pests.

Love your inner cool.  Yes they are the lowest of the low-but you are cirrect, no mailing address so too bad!

Change your telephoen number-these people are pariahs-I changed my tel, closed my bank account and got a new one, these lowlifes were deducting fees (as they refer to their outre interest rates) well after the loan was paid. If I had a good credit rating I woulnt have needed them to begin with, I upheld my  end of the batgain, they can just go suck wind for the rest.

Yes I defaulted as well due to financial issues.  I've asked them to mail me a bill so I could pay, but they wanted my bank account number and would not work with me.  Since then I've been getting harrasment on my phone and at work.  Finally I looked up the laws for bill collectors on the federal trade commision website. FTC.GOV and they are completely breaking the law.  Check out the website. You can actually sue a bill collector.  Please report.  I am too.

Oh ya they kept pulling from my bank account beyond what I barrowed.  And at first my bank was on my side, but they saw I got a loan from them.  So then they told me they were legit.  NEVER EVER EVER apply for a loan over the internet.  Thats all I gotta say.

yes they keep calling and I keep not answering- i added the number to the reject list but they have so many bogus numbers.  If I dont recognize the number, I don't answer it!  I almost wish they would mail me something so I had a paper trail, but untill then, they can pound salt!

It's Ameriloan which is a tribal owned payday loan company. Same tribe, mailing address, etc as US Fast Cash. Both have awful records with Better Business Bureau and they aren't sure who even operates it. If you are really underwater with payday loans and no way out you should consider bankruptcy. It's the only legal way to get rid of parasiting companies like this. Just be sure if you are thinking of it, talk to an attorney.

Have a son that is a  lawyer and he got this address for me after my husband took out a loan and they refuse to talk to me about it. Said they can't  talk to the wife about it because of  private laws.
We have a joint checking account so  how do they think I won't or can't know what is going on.
Hope this helps someone. It still has not stopped  the phone calls yet to our house and we have changed our phone number 3 times and they keep finding our unlisted and unpublished number and calling but maybe if eveyone floods them with letters they will stop.  Son does not have a lic in the state we live in so he could not  help us. But gave us a address.
