some dumba;; company 4 calls a day for a court matter except I dont have a court matter know who you are calling before you call///// for a week sundays too now always on my machine since i have job and I am not home but if they dont stop there gonna have a court matter sue...sue...sue

8002950851 calls my magic jack almost twice a day, i havent even used it in 6 months and the voice message states that i have a very important matter to discuss with them and that i should call back immediately to the number above. the message is very vague while they are trying to suggest urgency. In my opinion is this one of those scams to get you to call a 1800 then transfer to a collect call which could cost you thousands.

This number calls my house several times a week about an important court matter. My son has been in prison for 5 years.  I do know his court dates.  There are not any.  Thank you so much for supplying me with the directory look-up so I know it is a scam.

I too have recieved those vuage and "Bill-Collector" tone to them. (I suspect this is whom we are referring about)  The majority of the calls  were actually from 1(512)623-6795 .  It's Austin TX. Well have a lovely day!

this caller leaves me messages once a day stating that I have an urgent court matter.  Not true.  Stop calling

I am reporting this number to Oregon's State Attorney's Office as a scam.  Thanks for all the info and thoughts regarding this "company" from everyone.

this is a colletion agency plain and simple, they have no govornment affiliation what so ever, this is a scare tactic they use to get you to call back, the company is municiple credit something or other, they collect for companies like capitol 1, GE money, etc. as a matter of fact i work with a business to business professional collector who specializes in FDCPA regulations and they are actually violating your privacy as well as they are in violation of the FDCPA by uttering the word 'court' if they have not filed any official paperwork and have proof they serve you with such. i cant remeber the exact statute but you could probably google a bit and find it and if you save the recordings where the have that 'someone in this household may have an existing court matter' message, since they did not identify themselves nor verify the number they are dialing is correct this is a violation of your privacy and if you hire a decent debt attorney can be charged with a $1000.00 PER - offense for each message payable to YOU, by friend i mentioned is putting something together for me and by the time they pay the fines they will actually owe ME money. LOOK INTO IT!!

This company also calls from 512 area code which is in Texas. A bogus statement about  an urgent court matter is used so you will call them and send money right away because they don't stay in the same place too long. They rent spaces in mini malls and the like.We live in Oregon and in Oregon all court matters and costs are done via mail or notices to appear and if you do not appear you get arrested most states use this method. We have no outstanding tickets or court fees due.  
Also they try to say your license is suspended but it is not true either only the DMV can do that and guess what... they only do it by mail notifications too. Unfortunately there are a lot of uneducated people who will send these thieves their hard earned cash out of fear without double checking

The company behind this harassment is the Gila Corp.  They are a collection company out of Austin, Texas.

Got a message from this number saying its an urgent matter and that I need to call the number back.  I get calls from this number at least once a day.

This caller never says who they are or what they want. These are sure signs of those crooked collection agencies who buy old accounts that are usually already closed. These Companies are completely crooked and just try to steal peoples money. In fact I have even received calls for people who don't even live at my address. This tells me they also buy phone # lists too. These companies should be illegal!!!!!!

Why can't I return this call?

These fools need to be sued so at least report them to your state attorney general's office as they are in violation of Oregon state laws that govern such matters. It is nothing short of phone stalking and harassment of home owners who have never had anything to do with their collections issues. They don't care that they disturb you, invade your privacy, etc. Time to shut them down! If it were my debt, I would not protest  but they will call all of your relatives, friends, neighbors, etc. and others who have no knowledge of the person they seek. They are scum baggers who can't find a real job. I am most certainly calling and writing to my local authorities to report them.  

These fools keep calling me, saying its an urgent court matter. Well, I have no court matters so hey are just trying to frighten people. I suspect the TX Atty. Generals would love to go after them for the TX Deceptive Trade Act.  I intend to launch an investigation into this matter as they are disturbing an elderly disabled person even though the person they seek has never even in this state much less in my home!  The dirty [***] need to get a real job and quit being bottom feeders.

They call all the time and when I try to call back there is nothing no one answers how do I get it to stop ?

Received numerous calls from this number, leaving a voice message advising this was about a "court matter".  Called back and was advised they were trying to reach my husband. Advised I am his wife and was asked if I would like the info released to me.  I agreed and was  asked  to verify a birth date provided for my husband. After advising them that was an incorrect birth date I was asked  to confirm a previous residence address in a state we have never lived in. After telling them we had not lived at that address I was advised they must have the wrong individual with the same name.  They advised they would remove our number from their list.  It appears they are skip tracers. My husband has a very common first and last name and this is not the first time this has happened.

Scam; identified as an "Urgent Court Matter that is neither a solicitation or a bill collection". Has called about 6 times and left the same message. My name was never identified in the robo-call. Isn't this illegal??? Who stops them from doing this?

Robo call, several times per week to a school number.  Have yet to actually talk to a real human at this number.  The message is about some "urgent court matter".
