Voice message said Capital Management

What I find so laughable is the message states  "...by continuing to listen, you acknowledge that you are so-and-so...".  What PURE BS!!  ANYONE can continue to listen, that would NEVER hold up in court.

What certifiable LOSERS!!  These low-lifes need to get a REAL job, one where their poor mothers don't hang their heads in shame every time their names are mentioned

Repeatedly every month my husband and I receive phone calls from this number.  Now that this website has enabled us to see how is calling, I'm assuming the company is trying to collect debt from a previous owner.  At first there is silence but then someone comes on and says this call is for Robert Johnson.  This interrupts our day.  We've had this number for 3 years and nothing changes.  Obviously Robert Johnson must have had this phone number before it was given to us by the phone company.  What I can do about these continuing misguided pests.  They always say sorry, we'll take you off our list, but they don't!  Even if we ask the phone company, Brighthouse, to give us a new number, there is no guarantee that this new number won't be equally troublesome.  Isn't there a law to protect consumers from misuse of this phone number and prevents it from being sold to businesses.  I've reported it to the Do Not Call List.
