"They" called me also - an autodialer from a private unlisted number - and i think they also tried calling my mother at 4am. This started after i tried to get a wireless landline set up through Vonage to my mother's old house. this process was never completed because there is no DSL or regular phone landline connection to the house, so Vonage's system was incomaptible. From what i am reading on this site there apparently there is a phone scam going on from "Financial Services". I know that retired ex-military have been recent targets, a bulletin has been posted on the VA website concerning this.

I later got a message on my unlisted cell phone citing this phone number as a callback number, and a reference number was cited. i am going to have all incoming 800 numbers blocked from now on, and i think i will have to have my mother's phone blocked for incoming 800 and private calls. She is elderly and would likely get confused and give out her SSN and other personal information, especially at 4am being woke out of a sound sleep.

patient services please call back with reference number  They are a collection company, claiming they are associated with a hospital in Seattle area, but are just a plain old collection company, not associated with the hospital.

It appears to be Universe of WA Medical Center's biling or overdue billing office.  They bill for UWMC, Northwest Hospital, Harborview, and all of their satellite clinics.

Yup, plain old billing department robocall BUT they don't come up with anything but "Toll Free" on the CID so I blocked it anyway. Called the hospital to be sure the bill payment went through several days ago and to recommend they change their spoofed ID tag

Yep, I got a call from this number a couple of times.

It's a legitimate number of the UW Medicine at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Billing Department. The number is listed on their website: https://www.patientnotebook.com/hmc/payment
