This number belongs to one click cash

These people start calling from the number 1-800-318-8323 around 9:00 am and keep calling all day and when I answer the phone, no one is there so I hang up on them.  This has been going on for months now.  My number is on the do not call registry.  What else do I need to do?

When dealing with collectors it doesn't matter if you are registered on the Do Not Call Registry because the Do Not Call is only for telemarketers (people who sell).

I can advise anyone to investigate the call. Answer the call only to get the full name of the business and fax # if possible, then hang up. Do not talk to them any longer and do not agree to anything.

Then, Google information on the business to get an address, phone or fax if possible - if all you can get is an address, that's good enough. Once you have that information, write a cease and desist letter listing your states statues on collectors practices and how they are violating it by harassing you by phone. Fax it or mail it out to them. If you mail, do it certified return receipt, so you know it was actualy delivered and received.

Give them at least 30 days for it to come to a stop. Usually it will take less than 30 days. They should stop. If they don't, then file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with your State Attorney General.

They call me everyday and give me attitude . I hate them. I wish they would stop and they dont even ask for the right person.

This number calls me several times a day EVERY day asking for a "Michella Silva"....I've tried to explain to them that they have the wrong number but they won't remove me from their call list!!

I received a voice mail at my office number.  The guys sounded young and a little stoned.  He used my formal name, said I was "required to respond by 6 PM" or he would "have to finalize the matter."  He left the call-back number 800.410.9419, which is One Click Cash.  I've never done business with them or any payday loan company.

We lso receive calls from this number everyday around 9:30 am but when I answer the phone, nobody is there and they hang up after a few seconds of silence.

They call every day asking for one of our employees regarding some school he had requested info from.
These people have been told numerous times the person is not interested any longer and to please stop calling. They say they will remove the number but the next day they call again. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call everyday and only hear silence.  I called back and they only say their name, so I played stupid by saying "Oh, I'm sorry...what company did I call?" and they said their company's name is "One Click Cash".

(800)318-8323 is OneClickCash as noted by others.  I have never had any business dealings with this company, but started receiving calls from them asking for "Aisha" several months back.  The frequency of the calls increased despite my protests until they were calling every single day.

Solution: if you have no business with this company, and they are calling in error and will not stop, fill out a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau.  (They have an F rating by the way.)  I soon received an email from compliancedepartment@oneclickcash.com.  I wrote back a scathing email with my phone number, complained, threatened, etc.  A couple days later they said they had "corrected their records" and that I should not receive any more calls from them.  They also stated that I should use that email address if I do receive any more calls.

Start calling all da!  Very annoying.

I get calls from this number couple times a day and they ask for some "Tammie Ashley" and I always tell them that they have the wrong number and they still keep calling!!! First time they called was for some job application and then a detective who after I told him that he has the wrong number asked me for my first and last name so i hung up the phone!

They call on a daily basis, it is ONE CLICK CASH - I now know the number they use and I just don't answer, I have informed them of the statute existing in my state, but these places don't hire the sharpest knives in the drawer. So here's yer sign Losers!

What's the statue I New York? They are crazy. I asked for paperwork, they said it was already sent, I said ok, can you send it again? No, we have to resolve this now. I hung up.
