solicited twice, no idea who it is.

This is the customer service line for National Grid Electric. Either they are calling regarding a past due bill, or for general customer service issues.

it's national Grid, I have spoken with them once about a past due about which note, I gave them 300 last month and now they want another 279 when the bill is really 160.00. They call me 5 times a day from 7am - 9pm. I am unemployed can't afford what's there damanding, and they aren't nice at all, not to mention, I have a 3 year old. They need to fix the rule about 12months and younger not getting shut off, if you have a child under the age of 14 then they shouldn't be aloud to shut you off. When will they hire american speaking people too. ??? How can I report them for harrasment???

Scam. They say they're going to shut my power down in 45 minutes. I don't even have an account with Cod Edison.

Just got a call from "national grid" stating that 2 techs were coming to shut off my electric.  UMMMM,,,,my billis up to date and the CURRENT bill isn't due for another 17 days.  The caller's voice had a VERY strong foreign accent and she was super rude when I gave her the attitude like she was crazy for calling me.  Even thought the caller ID had a legit NG phone number, the follow up number 855-677-3627 is for a doctor's office ( I googled the number).  I even went online to make sure I wasn't wrong about my account status.
These scammers need to be burned at the stake.

I got a call from this number, and no one answered when I said hello.

There's a scam going around and the use National Grid's 800 number as their caller ID #, Don't give any info to them. Threaten to cut off  your service if you don't pay them a sum of money.... eejits! I knew it right away soon 'Jack' started to speak with his accent and question he started with.  Eejit. blocked him.

No, they use that number for their caller ID so you think its legit. But it's a SCAM. Say it's not convenience and ask for their number to call them back and you know it. Report it to National Grid on that 800 number they show as their ID. It is not their number they just use it as their Caller ID so you answer.

It's a scam using the Nat. Grid phone number as their Caller ID.  Report it to Nat. Grid. Just dial that 800 number.

They just use their number for their called ID. But they called me and I answered, it's a big SCAM..... Block them.  Call Nat. Grid. Report it
