they call repeatedly and hang up

They call me 10 times a day.  They don't leave a message.  Isn't that stalking?

Yes they called me this morning and just hung up without saying a word.

Please help they are driving me insane along with all the other phone numbers they use!

Don't even bother with them. When you see the number, pick up the phone and say nothing. They will then call up and not call back. Better yet, just turn off the bells and call back whoever you want. They are calling me on a debt that is beyond the statute of limitations. Check your state law on Bing.com and just tell them not to call. If they violate that, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Sue them in small claims for the amount they say you owe; they never show up on small amounts, and then you have gotten rid of them.

I just called this company back for the heck of it and here is another element of scamming that should be remembered: They woman I talked with was very cordial and pleasant; I mentioned the type of BS that I had experienced with other phone numbers using their name and she told me that scammers often use names of legitimate companies, like theirs, use all sorts of illegal tactics to try to get you to send money to THEIR name, but a different address, thereby getting money sent to them using USFAST cash name when all the scammer may have is a list that says you may have used the legitimate company's name. If that happens, she said to call the Secret Service at 1-989-497-0580 to report the activity, then make a police report, then call the above number and talk with the manager to fax the report to them. But also, make sure that the dates they give you doesn't put them outside the statute of limitations. If it does, again, just call them and tell them you don't owe the bill and the statute is up. But give no info out that will allow the statute to start over by verbally reaffirming that you think you owe the debt. If you do, then you've screwed yourself.

So I call them back and there not open.

USA Fast Cash Payday Loan Crooks. They call you incessantly, even if you aren't the one who owes the loan. They will do anything to get your money.

They call me and I don't answer.  I did answer twice and call them once to get them to stop calling.  They are looking for the previous owner of my phone and want to collect a debt.  If this does not stop, I will have ask the phone company for another number.  They told me they would take me off their call list, but here they are calling again today.

I don't know who these people are or how they got my information OR the number to where I work but it's really getting ridiculous as to how much they call both myself and my work. They not only threatened to put me in jail IF I didn't send them money but threaten the people I work with. I wish I knew how to make it stop!!!
