This is a lawyer's office acting as a debt collector.  We have spoken to them about a US Bank debt, sent in writing a validation letter and a cease and desist from calling.  Have not gotten anything back in writing to validate that they own the debt or answer any of our questions...did not call for a month and today started calling today and leaving a message.  We are not answering their calls until we get written validation of the debt and the amount they say we owe.  Foreign sounding person who cannot pronounce our simple last name.

I dont think this is a legitimate agency. Be careful about giving your information to them.

said the same thing, that they bought my debt and when i offered to make 50 dollar a week payments by money order they refused it and told me i only had one hour to find someone with a checking account to do a check by phone .

did not answer. if they can not leave a message i dont call back. and i know they can not tape your message here in nevada without your approvel.

I got a call from Mrs. DeAngelo who works for these people, she was very nasty and abusive some real choice words came out of her mouth so I told her, since she had such a nasty mouth, she should start sucking dicks.  She got super excited and wanted to know the size of mine, I told her 12 inches.  She then said that if I would meet her and let her play with it she would cancel the debt.  Two days later we met, she played with my dick and then sucked it.  Afterwards she cancelled the debt and I lived happily ever after.  I am telling this for the benefit of others, you might want to use the same tactics, you got nothing to lose and everything to gain.  Good Luck.

They have been told to send us paperwork; they claim to be representing Sears. After they did not send paperwork verifying who they are, we told them we will not be settling with them. They reported on our credit report that we are in "Credit Counsiling" with them and we are NOT. However, we are now unable to purchase anything even with a credit score of 800.

this firm called claiming to respresent HSBC when i informed them I had filed for bankruptcy and was represented by an atty they said irreleveant they had BOUGHT the debt from HSBC - then were in fact NOT acting on behalf of HSBC - their representative then proceeded to say to me ...what is your life so sad you ahve no one to talk to at night and pay your bills.....and make other threats while screaming at me.....

i then asked for a supervisor who basically blew me off but did also admit he is not one of the atty's..... time to file an official complaint against them....  classic tactics for bottom of the barrel law firms...... cept they messed with the wrong person this time..... i don't get intimidated and i fight back....
