This company called and misrepresented themselves to gain collection information on a relative who no longer lives at this address. When the message was passed along to that relative, he called them and found out they are a collection agency for student loans.

a guy keeps calling my phone and would only say his name and states that he has important documentation to go over with me and that he has been trying to call me several times....blah..blah..blah...when I called after hours, they wouldn't even say the company's name.

these idiots actually called me at my job. they don't say who they are and just leave a reference number. it's starting to make me really mad.

I had fell behind on my student loans so I said what the heck and called them up. Surprisingly they DID NOT cuss me out or verbally abuse me like other agencies. They actually treated me like a normal human being.  I was able to consolidate my loans with the Dept of Education and get out of default. And my also payments got lower. I am actually happy with National Credit Management. Now I got a fresh start with my student loans!

This company has called me hundereds of times looking for a Dashawn Howard. I have told them everytime they have the wrong number and they continue to call. I am sick of dealing with them daily, weekly and monthly.

Called twice wanting personal info

Company calls regarding a debt. I double checked with my credit bureau. I do not owe any debt for student loans. I called FedLoan Servicing to verify. This company is phishing for personal information. We have filed a complaint with the FCC.
