this is rogers calling trying to sign you up for their rogers home phone service

This phone number has been calling non stop

yes it is Rogers home phone. I've asked them 5 times not to call me. Whats the point of an opt out phone marketing program when companies you do business with are exempt. 'Rogers, if I wanted your crappy home phone I'd have it already'...

Number has called our landline repeatedly but does not leave any messages.

Why do these people call me all the time?  They called me at 6pm, 12noon, again at 6pm the next day and then at 6:30pm the next day.  It is sooo annoying!  If it is Rogers then why can't I ever get anyone on a toll free number when I want changes to my service?

It's a marketing center. For my particular number they were offering me a new plan for my cell phone. They said that they would have someone try back to tell me about the offer.

These idiots call all the time and leave no message. And it infuriates when an 800 caller won't leave a message and hides their identity as "unknown" on call display. CRA does the same stupid thing by the way. I had a problem with a tax form but they kept calling from a blocked 1-800 number and leaving no message. Blamed me then for not responding. There's citizen service for you.

If' it's Rogers committing this harrassment, they should be ashamed of how they treat customers. If you have an offer for me, then leave a message and a number of phone back.

This number belongs to SMT Direct, a call center. As is always the case with call centers, they are instructed by the client to identify themselves as Rogers, Bell, Sprint, or whatever. I used to work in an Apple call center in Canada, yet some callers assumed they were speaking to a software engineer at Apple headquarters in California who made hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. Many people simply don't know anything about the world of business.

Some British Sounding Dude keeps calling from Rogers he says. Garbled message then hangs up

Called my cell phone, didn't leave a message, called back to see who it might be and it was "SMT Direct - Do Not Call Line" and their mailbox was full.

Rogers selling their home phone service?  That's interesting, since I already AM a Rogers home phone customer, and that call came on my cell phone, also Rogers.

Ever since I got a new cell phone (Just upgraded to a Torch, which is fantastic compared to my old Bold) I have been receiving calls from this number daily.  Problem is, we already have Rogers home phone, both where I am living, and where I am moving.  This is only day 3, we'll see if it continues.

I have received 3 phone calls from this number today on my CELLPHONE!  I recently signed up with Rogers Mobility but if they are going to harrass me on my cellphone then I might have to rethink being a customer.

They will keep calling until you tell them to stop. Just pick up the phone and tell them not to call again and that will be the end of it........
