- tired of robo-dialers| 1 replyif you have leased a car (in this case a subaru), SGS's robo dialer hounds you to have them do an "optional" inspection before turning it back in to the dealership at lease end. Should be a law against this type of call or some other retribution against companies who you these devices. Subaru, are you listening? Not happy you use this tactic!

- Vicki SchmelingHow do I let these yahoos know I do NOT want to talk to them:
- HondaGuyRepeat messages left on my answering service from SGS. Requesting a call back at 800-340-4080 to schedule a "lease end vehicle inspection". Have been receiving these annoying calls since early April, 2014.
- Caller: SGS Automotive Services
- DennisRepeatedly get an automated message from SGS, which is trying to lure me in since March 2014 for an inspection prior to turning in my leased Honda.

- CustomerThe Leasing Company, hires SGS to perform an end-of-lease inspection prior to turn-in. This gives the Lessee a chance to understand if they may owe the leaseing company for other than normal wear and tear. Other wise, turn in at the dealer and who knows what you will be charged for.
- XPlessorThe easiest way to avoid turn in hassle and be nickle and dimed for wear & tears is to buy unlimited wear and tear coverage when signing the lease. A claim needs to be filed but the turn in process is much nicer. I've leased for over a decade and unless you truly abuse the vehicle(which you'll be less likely to be leased to again or covered) you can relax and not count supermarket dings and the like.

- LR| 1 replyAnnoying, persistent robot call. No one needs this sh*t. They want you to pay them, so they will tell you if you'll owe when you return your leased car. You know if you've ragged the vehicle or exceeded the miles in your contract. F*uk off.

- JKIf you have leased a vehicle (in my case, through Honda) SGS will start calling you to schedule an inspection as the end of your lease draws near. Yes, they start calling a few months before lease end which can be kind of a pain. But unless their records are wrong and you don't actually have a leased vehicle, this should be a legitimate call. Not sure why commenters here are accusing them of being telemarketers or scammers, either. I have been through the lease-end process on several vehicles now and have never paid SGS anything. They meet you wherever is convenient, inspect your vehicle and submit a report to the dealer. Also, if you plan to return your leased vehicle the inspection isn't "optional," at least not for Honda. So while I don't enjoy getting multiple calls nagging me like my mom, in the end it benefits me because I schedule my required inspection and then they only call again to remind me about the appointment.

- Shar800-340-4080 Called several times in one hour and every time I pick up the phone there’s a dial tone. Leaves no message. I don’t lease a car, never have.

- G replies to LRYou don't actually pay the company to do the inspection.
- LynetteI received two calls from this number but they didn’t leave a message. I have a leased Honda. But I don’t think Honda is using them I think they just got my info somehow that I have a leased vehicle.
- KookySGS has called with an automated message every day for the last month or so (December/January). My Honda lease was set to end in February. I went to Honda two days ago, turned in my vehicle and leased another, and SGS is still calling for me to schedule my inspection.
