This is a Company called Consistent Computer Bargains out of Racine, Wisconsin. They deal in ITALY Solutions for Business and Individuals.  They also do much Charitable work with a number of verified charities such as the Susan Komen Foundation , certain 501c3 Religious groups and other Nonprofit Organizations.
Odd that they would be calling upon my as I've no need of thier IT services or software.
They are legitimate and can be found at
    http://ccbtechnology.com
I hope this information helps others who might be looking for answers.

    Addendum:
    Thought just occurred to me,
Overseas hackers/stammered are known for using the phone numbers of legitimate organizations such as CCB in order to philharmonic for information,  therefore,  if you've not requested information about IT Solutions or similar Services and/or Products,  be leery,  better safe than sorry.
