 Collection agency in FL

Only lets the phone ring one time. Heard on the news last night that it's a scam to steal your info

I would like to have this number removed. 800-343-5945.

Received a brand new phone from work, only boss & wife have the number and the next day I got a phone call from this number.  Said the company was ERC, appears to be a debt collection company.  The phone only rang 2x then ended.  When I called back and listened to the menu, it sounds suspect at a minimum if not just fake.

Calls several times a week. Only lets it ring one time. It's not a debt collector. Someone hoping you'll call back so they can steal your info.

just got a one ring form this number on my cell. not calling it back but I am reporting. thanks for the posts and advise.

Just received a phone call from this number rang 2 times and then quit.  Heard about the 800 numbers that were calling so I looked it up and found these comment!   Wont answer it ever.   Thanks for all the input.

It seems to be a debt collector.. Looking for information on my friend who along the way has used me as a reference.  They asked for her new address and wanted to know if I could provide where she worked so they could try to reach her at work.  Absolutely a debt collector.

A few yrs ago i was scammed by companies -plural-for $3250 who used terror tactics ad debt collectors. Finally called state atty general who instructed me to call FBI . Both told me never to pay anyone but original debtor n these co have s fit when u say that.

This is definitely a debt collection company. And they have called way past what the law says is an acceptable time to call.

I got a 1 ring call from this number. I'm not calling it back. I would like to point out, after reading some of the info on here. NEVER give your, or anyone else's, info to an unverified source. If the random people ask for info, it's more than likely an identity theft or other type of fraud that should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

They call, let it ring twice and disconnect.  My guess is they want you to call back.

I got a call from this number (800 343-5945). The thing is that they seem to also be calling friends and family (and others who reside out of state) leaving messages about an alleged debt of mine. I have not received mail from this source. Like others on this page, I don't want to call them back. My guess is that they are harassing friends and family.

Calls and hangs up remove me from the list [***]. I get calls at midnight sons of [***]
