Someone from this number called and left a messsage and a reference number.  She left the name Tina.

This number just recently started calling me, in the past week or so, and they call frequently.  The caller ID just says "toll free call".

Same here. It's really pissing me off. At first I though it was one of my friends but I just searched up the number and found a bunch of people discussing this [***]-sucking number.

They call daily, and disconnect as soon as you pick up.

I answered a call from this number and they asked for my husband when I told them he was not here she asked when I expected him home I said i dont today and she proceded to ask for his cell number. I asked what it was in reference to and she informed me that it was against the law to tell me so I said well then I cant help you and hung up.

this number calls me everyday anywhere between 10 to 20x per day including weekends. the one time i did pickup no one said anything...>.<

They do the same thing to me.  Getting pretty angry.

They call regular , never leave a message,  I do not answer 800 numbers at all and they will not leave a message and I tried to call back but its nothing.

I don't answer anything thats a 1-800 number, if it's that important they should leave a name and reason they call.

This number is repeatedly calling at night

I just received a call from this number. The phone rang, and then stopped before I could even attempt to answer or decline. Then I had a voicemail, she said her name was Melissa. I'm just going to block.

They call so much and I don’t owe ANYTHING!  Here is the voicemail they left me “This is Melissa and I have an important message from United collection Bureau Inc. this call is from a debt collector this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose please call 1-800-344-8192 thank you…”
She calls and it barely rings then they hang up. They ask for your social security number, birthday, mailing address, full name and phone number THIS IS A RISK DONT ANSWER!

I echo Raged's comment as well.  The same voice mail I received as well.  And they do not start the call with this message is for "Bob Smith" or any name at all and that is strange. Pasting Raged's voice mail as word for word the same voice mail I have received.  Here is the voicemail they left me “This is Melissa and I have an important message from United collection Bureau Inc. this call is from a debt collector this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose please call 1-800-344-8192 thank you…”
She calls and it barely rings then they hang up but then a voice mail appears.  I don't know who they are or what they are or who they are looking for.  And oddly most debt collectors will find you via call AND mail and strange (or is it) that we never receive mail from these debt people, or whoever they are.

Same message as mentioned above, but the name left was Mark. This is the first time I receive a message from them, but it's most likely a scammer. I've been getting a flood of robo and scam calls lately, as well as my husband. Don't give out your information to anyone. If they are truly a debt collector, they would already have all your information and know the exact amount owed.

I called them back and asked in a polite, menacing voice "And HOW would you even KNOW if I had a debt or not?" And then politely hung up!U.D.C.

Leaves message "this is Mark, calling from united debt collectors, attempting to collect a debt."
if he doesn't know my name, i don't give it... Do not return his call or give any information. Its a scam
