I screen all calls and this one is almost every night, sometimes 3 or 4 times a night.

... call all time - annoying !!! same here, almost every night a few times. they were calling about 'free Google advertising.'

A royal pain in the ass phone call reminding you to call agency to discuss your coverage, ther is however an option to give your name and phone # to stop these phone calls.

I received several missed calls from 1-800-345-6545, this time I was home and answered... they came on with that 'telemarketing' attitude... you know the one... too cheerful. Said 'in light of the recent hail storm, there is damage to your roof..." I cut him off at that point, and stated "every one knows your company is a scam, I am a house inspector, DO NOT CALL HERE Again! We are on the national do not call list. If you and your company calls here again we will press charges and file with the federal government false advertising claims made by you. there is no roof damage, and for you to claim you know there is, is an out right lie." he started to mock me then I hung up on him. They are bogus scammers... beware.

Un solicitated caller

Constant calls. I never answer, of course, but I want them to stop. Better yet, I want them jailed and tortured.

I get called too from this number. Don't know who they are, but to get back at them I answer the call. I say hello, then immediately put the phone on mute.  Then I let them speak to themselves. :)

That may have actually been legitimate if you have Allstate homeowners insurance and there had been a storm. I could see an insurance company calling customers to try to keep them away from fly-by-night repair operators, since the insured might then get mad if the insurance company didn't pay for unauthorized work.

Said that my Allstate agent was interested in discussing my current insurance coverage, asked if I wanted an appointment on this day or that day. I said Sure, and chose one of the appointment times. They said they would send me a confirmation email, which I did not receive. Two days before the appointment, I called my agent's office to confirm. They had NO IDEA what I was talking about. I felt very scared, because whoever this person was, they now knew 1) who my insurance agent was, 2) my email address and 3) that I was not going to be at home during the appointment time. If this was truly Allstate, then they need to get more organized.

You may be on the "Do Not Call" National list but if the center is based overseas...guess what? they don't care. its better just to hang up and block.

All you are doing is confirming that your phone is valid and will be sold to another overseas call center and guess what? you are going to get even more calls.

supposedly allstate calling to thank me for my business and wanted me to make an appointment with my agent to discuss my 'insurance needs'...if i wanted to discus anything with any company then i would call them.

i will not answer any call where i do not know the number and it irritates me that companies i do business with will not identify themselves through caller id so if they won't identify themselves then i will not answer the call. very irritating !

I blocked them, trouble solved.

Called yesterday and again today.  No message.
