I have received five phone messages from Bobby Jo asking me to contact my neighbor and give them her phone number.  "it is very important". Then I was home sick one day and got a call from "bobby jo" asking me to give my neighbor her phone number. This is starting to really make me angry.  Unfortunately, she caught me sick and I didn't respnd with "don't call me again".  I wish I had.  How can I get this 1-800 company from calling me back?

I get a call from this number at least once/day, if not more often.
Started about a week ago.
I never answer it.  They never leave a message.
Would be nice if they would just quit calling already.

This is one of those collection agencies, like Nursery Discovery, that uses a fake name to call you for possibly fraudulent debts.  I have dealt with another company that when asked would not send to me in writing what I owed them.

Call your phone company and ask for caller block.  It's a one time fee and then a few bucks a month to use *60, which will block the last number that called in.

It is worth every penny.

If you want to deal with these people, tell them that you want your debt in writing.

They call asking for someone named Robert and say if you are Robert press 1 if you are getting Robert press 2 if you don't know Robert press 3 I pressed 3 and they ask for Robert I tell them there is no one here called Robert but they keep on calling

have called three times from three numbers and I have talked to the rep twice of these calls. I think this is harrasment. Why do they call themself debt collectors, they are the mortagage company.

These people just keep on calling and calling.

Sick and tired of these people waking me and my children every morning. I do mean EVERY. Now they have added an afternoon call. I don't answer any longer.

Do these folds not have anything better to do than harassment??!!

wow! got a call on my answering service saying she was trying to get a hold of blank and blank on an urgent buss matter....read all these blogs...mine is a little different...the names are my ex husband and his wife...i have had my married name since 2000! What???? The....

They call every day and do not leave a message. If "I" did that to another citizen, I'd be charged with harassment! What makes these companies any different? This is B.S.!!! WHAT is the point of calling you if they just hang up? When I HAVE answered their call...they STILL hung up on me! Jokers!

Green Tree is what they said they were. They keep asking me or family to contact a neighbor. He said "it is personal matter, and he does not know my last name" I said, "It's personal and he doesn't know you?" Well its a private matter.
I told him the house does not exist. Let them figure that out! I mean if they have the address why not use a stamp!

I get messages on my machine and the person says she wants us to get a message to K---. I call back and the menu does't give an option to speak with the person who left the message because she never leaves an ext number. So I put in a random number and the lovely person who answers wants my acct number. I say I don't have an acct and then she wants my social. I tell her I just want them to stop calling and that I'm not related nor do I know this person. She again asks for my info and yes I got just a little angry and she hung up. This was just today. Last month the same but I was told my number would be taken off their list. Next time I'll answer when they call....

Harasment and just not cool. I will be filing a law suit regarding this today. 17 calls to contact my next door nieghbor for what, I asked, personal matter well call them, we did, then leave me alone!!!!!

Yes someone with name Phil called me regarding a person I was helping in transating stuff for green tree... he said he was from green tree and needs to contact that lady.. I said I will try telling them to contact him- I was like are your phone number on greent tree he said no and gave me a green tree phone number as a back up. How did he get my phone number? soooo bizarre...

They called me on my cell and left a message for a distance relative who I have not had any contact for at least ten years. I called the number is Green Tree, mortgage collection company.
