- Frankunauthorized charges made by easysaver
- JohnUnauthorized charge. Called number and they reversed it.
- JimWarn everyone you know NOT to buy flowers from Proflowers.com. Pro Flowers is selling/sharing customer credit card numbers to 3rd parties who are charging anywhere from $1.95 to $99.95 per month for scam ProFlowers-related memberships. I just got off the phone with my bank, disputing the charges. They charge under different company names hoping people will miss it. “Easy Saver” is the most prominent.
I just finished filling out and printing online State Attorney General and BBB complaint forms against Pro Flowers for each occurance.- Caller: ProFlowers / Easy Saver
- StephI had the same thing happen to me through ProFlowers. I called Easy Saver and the rep I got on the phone said their computers were down but as soon as they came back up she would cancel my "membership" - a membership I never even authorized!!! I also canceled my credit card and disputed the charge with the credit card company.

- be wise -You clicked a check box that said "give me 15.00 off coupon and sign me up for this service"
They trick you by telling you to save money.
Buyer beware - don't blindly click! - Mark JayIt in relation to proflowers.com. EASYSAVER is a rewards program that is supposed to offer discounts. You will first notice a problem when $1.95 is charged, followed by $14.95. If you call the number that is listed on your bank statement and complain, they will return the money. Tell them that you didn't sign up for any savings program, I am sure the get the calls all the time because she was quick to rectify the situation.
- GramSame thing happened here. Someone who is authorized to use our company charge bought flowers from PROFLOWERS & sent them out of state to two locations, and the charges just kept coming...$14.95 one month & 14.95 the next from Easy Saver 800-355-1837. We figured out what was happening by finding this page when we searched the info on the bill ie Easy Saver 800-355-1837
- roband just think how many people do not notice this happening to their bank accounts. thank god i caught this quickly
- melissaI never clicked on ANY box to sign up for ANYTHING from this pro-flowers place. They still charged me ANYWAY.
- kj| 1 replythis is a scam company associated with PRO Flowers, if you enter a email address saying you want to be notified when your flowers are delivered you are "signed up" for this scam. and $14.95 will be withdrawn from your account. You have to be nasty and diligent to get this processed stopped.
easy saver and pro flowers are running a SCAM - don't ever do bus. with any company that is associated with either one of these operations.- Caller: 8003551837
- Jasonyup Pro-flowers. I saw the charge and said it was from a $15 discount from an online purchase. I don't recall any of that so i told them so and asked for my money back and they did so without a fight. May be a scam but at least they don't give a hassle.

- ProFlowers scamif you buy flowers from Proflowers they will give your credit card number to a third party, Easysaver, and they will charge you 14.95 a month for a bogus membership. If you give them your email and ask to receive future specials they will charge you a monthly fee. Its fraud. Don't deal with ProFlowers ever. Very deceptive business practices.
- CalandraI have also had the same issue with PROFLOWERS the representive that answered the phone said "when you put your email address in it gives you discounts but it charges you 14.95 per month" WHY!! THis is SAD, this is the first and the last time i will order from PROFLOWERS.. How do you give somebodies information to a 3 party to charge a fee....

- ck your statement carefullyno one is calling me, but i see they are charging me two separate payments of $16.95 per month since july. there are two phone numbers listed next to the charge of Easy Saver 1800-262-6199 MD and American Leisure 1877-564-8538 MD. we have called to complain to which they say, we have cancelled as of (it's the day after they have charged us $16.95 twice), how convenient for them. but again we see those two charges come yet again next month. i intend to call my credit card company and see if i can block those charges; otherwise i cancel that credit card.
- TiffanyI am one of those people who really do not look at their bank statements and I guess this company has been taking 14.95 out of my account since July and now it is November. I called them and they said that I sign up for it with the coupon that Pro Flowers gave me (I did not use or sign up for the coupon). The lady also told me that I recieved an e-mail from them one hour after I signed up for it giving me the terms and conditions. Ummm... I didn't get an e-mail from them. If I would have I would have ended the account right then and there. These people make me feel stupid. I am going to try to get the money back I hope I do. I will never use Pro Flowers again, and on top of that the flowers were for my mom and they showed up dead 3 times!!!
- LewisMLast year I used the internet to order flowers for Grandma on Mothers Day. I ordered them from Pro Flowers. It was not a good experience and I decided never to use them again. I thought this was the end of it; but it wasn't!
I noticed a charge of $14.95 on my Discover card statement today. The charge was from from "Easy Saver 800-355-1837 Pa." for $14.95. I assumed it was for something my wife bought and was about to pass over it when something about it seemed familiar. I then used the Quicken search function to see if we had been shopping there before. To my surprise these guys have been billing me $14.95 a month for over a year and I had assumed every time it was from a small business for sundry items.
A Google search of "Easy Saver 800-355-1837 Pa" revealed numerous complaints. Apparently there is some fine print associated with clicking the free shipping coupon that explains you will be charged monthly for an Easy Saver Rewards subscription. If you don't call them right away they only refund a month or two of payments. I called the above Easy Saver number, but they take the weekend off.
I called Discover to report the problem. Before I had finished explaining what happened, she told me they had followed up on numerous similar complaints and found out that what Easy Saver and Pro Flowers was doing is totally legal. She told me all I could do was call the Easy Saver number and ask for a cancellation and refund.
Check all your credit card (and bank statements if you use a debit card) for a $14.95 charge. If the payee associated with it contains a phone number you have probably been had. Especially if you have ever used Pro Flowers. - BGI just called disputing the charge, and my credit card company credit my account and reissued me a lost credit card so that I will not have recurring charges.
I wished that I had googled these guys first. I will never use ProFlowers again.
Thanks for posting!!! - Lou DThis is a third party company that automaticly signs you up when you order flowers from PROFLOWERS. They give you 30 trial then start charging after 30 days $14.95 a month. It's a scam. Just called PROFLOWERS and confirmed. They called easy saver while on hold and had it cancelled w/refund of 5 months in charges. I also called Charge card company and learned that they have received many complaints about same. Watch your statements..........
I'm done with ProFlowers.......- Caller: easy saver
- JeromeThey will only credit you for up to 2 months back. It is through proflowers. Watch your account if you order anything from them. As a matter of fact, DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS AT ALL !!!!!
