Them MotherF*****s call me twice a day everyday and its pissing me off!  Nobody there if you answer and no message if you dont -

these people are from CitiBank their mortgage side. They are very annoying. There is no one on the other end when you pick up. I suggest calling them back and tell them to stop calling or you will call your police dept to report them. the police dept will give you a case number to give to you local phone company. If they don't stop then follow thru. If you got the money start a class action lawsuit.

They are Citimortgage, calling because your payment's due.  Instead of complaining, try paying your mortgage, or call and make payment arrangements.  Police cannot do anything if you have an open account with the company that's calling.

i do not have any kind of an account with citi. and they call my cell phone at least 2 times a day and even called me at 830am sunday morning,   this is not right.

If the payment is not yet due or past due, they don't need to call. You have no clue why they are calling so stop making suggestions until you get your facts straight.

It's a ROBO call.  They call because a loan is past the due date.  But if you have a grace period they still call, until you tell them to stop calling as you have a grace period.  I tell them to stop calling as I have a grace period and they should not write loans with grace periods, if they want their money on time.

Same here.   I have no payment due.   These non-English speaking pr^^cks are calling me to REMIND me I have a payment due soon!   POS Company!

I have no account with Citibank, Citigroup, or any other Citi-variant. I'm getting the calls too. No message left.

I have autopay through my bank .They do not charge me a fee for it. Citimortgage gets 11.00 if I go through them . They call constantly I did finally talk to them . These are " courtesy calls to tell us about the services they offer" . They won't stop I'm actually paying my mortgage off early . They are losing money and it pisses them off

A grace period is NOT an extension of the due date...it is simply a time allowed by the bank where no late fee is assessed. If your due date is the 1st, your payment is due then.  People are so ignorant aboutwhat a grace period really is.

Police won't get involved in this and no basis for a class action lawsuit.  I find them annoying too.  I'm behind and that's why they're calling me.  Not a surprise here.

They call several times a day everyday all different hours, even on Sundays & the 4th of July.. When answered no one is on the line, & they never leave a message. I'm on the Nationwide DO NOT CALL LIST.

They are the citi-thugs from citi-mortgage. They called my phone over 50 times last month alone from at least 6 different phones half of which say they are not in service when you call back. If you are on the do not call list,  file a complaint each and every time they call your phone. Then remember to NEVER do any business with them for anything. Check the underwriters on any accounts you have because citi may be the underwriter.

This number calls me multiple times every day, sometimes over and over.  I work from home, so it's a huge annoyance.

They call my work location, obviously no clue where they are calling, which indicates to me there is some fraud afoot, but as soon as we give the company name and indicate that they are talking to "Security Officer (name goes here)," they hang up.

They call when you are still in your grace period and not technically late. Even after you speak to them, if you can actually get a person on the other end of the line, they call again a few hours later.  We have complained to management and threatened to file a complaint with the BBB all to no avail they continue to harass us. They even suggested we apply for a loan modification and then they denied us so guess what they will continue to get their payments during the grace period.
