I get an automated call for Roger Day from this number daily. I call it back and get a person who says they take my number of the list, but I still receive calls.  It is a prescription service of some sort.  Any one have any thoughts?

This number is for RightSourceRx, the mail order pharmacy for Humana.

RightSourceRX has Roger Day phone # incorrectly listed.  Ask RightSourceRX to notify Roger by mail.  I do business with this company and they are very courteous and usually take care of any problem promptly.

This is Humana. They are trying to get you to switch to mail order rather than use your local pharmacy. I consider it telemarketing- Humana had no right to give the phone number out so they can annoy you into switching.

I have repeatedly asked them not to call.  It is the drug program for Humana  (Right Source).  I do have Humana, but do not use their mailorder service because of a problem I have with allergic reactions to many drugs.  I prefer to use a local pharmacy.  I take their suggestions that they mail me to my doctor and he sometimes uses them and sometimes doesn't based on his knowledge of my drug problems.  I block their number and they simply call from another.  I know people who use their service and like it, but I choose not to use it and would prefer they not call.

Use the Do Not Call Registery.

Fairly easy. Be sure to keep a record of the dates of calls. If you are still harassed, you can be awarded several thousands of dollars of fine money.

Registering by Telephone

   Call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number that is to be registered. When calling from a touch tone phone follow the computer prompts. When calling from a rotary phone stay on the line to wait for an agent's assistance with the registration process.

   On a touch tone phone, select the preferred language by following the prompts. Press "1" for English or "2" for Spanish.

   Follow the next prompt to enter the phone number by pressing "1." Now enter the 10-digit phone number including the area code. After entering the phone number the registration will be confirmed by the system.

   Repeat the above steps to register additional phone numbers. Up to three phone numbers may be registered but each call must be made from the individual phone number that is being registered.

   For added assurance that the registration was successful, the same number (1-888-382-1222) can be called back to verify that a number is on the registry.

Discontinue All calls

You can't get money from a company that you have a business relationship with. If you have the Wal-mart Humana Health Plan, or any Humana Plan they can call you. The "Do Not Call" lists exempt companies that YOU HAVE A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH in ANY MANNER.

I have a charge on my credity card for $58.42 from this phone number.  I do not understand what the charge is for.  I will report this to my credit card.

Humana's "Right Source" pharmacy was calling to remind me that the credit card on record expires at the end of this month.

I usually record calls I consider to be nuisance or scammers, but this was a legitimate call so I didn't record it.
