9:10 AM this morning. It is definitely a collection agency in Jax FL.  Caller ID showed 904-387-5211.  Caller named Bill, male, left msg "pls call back in reference to file number xxxxxx."  and that's all he said.

Google shows: M G Credit PO Box 61899. Jacksonville, FL 32236. Call:(904) 387-6503. Fax:(904) 389-8411. Outside 904: (800) 387-6503.  Googling # shown on caller id does not show any name on it (prob a cell phone.)

MG Credit up to their old zombie debt collection tricks again. called from 904-388-9567  which comes up as a Jax pay phone on two search results.. VM said call back to 800-367-6503. I don't think so.They're trying to collect on a debt that is over TWENTY years old for Bally Fitness (I moved over 50 miles away from the nearest one and canceled the contract with 30 days notice but Bally decided to be a pain anyway...)   and this should have dropped off my credit report well over a decade ago.  if it's back on my credit report I am going to be very unhappy.

They are calling me asking for someone else.  They do not identify themselves when you ask them questions and then they hang up on you immediately once you start interrogating them.
