They have called me several times. There's a recorded message that to hold for an important message from "EIT". (I think that's what they said.) Then the call drops.

This number left an automated message on my voicemail stating that it was a collection agency trying to collect a debt, and to please call the number about "this business matter"

Keep getting calls....they have the wrong Rhonda Ellis!!!!

Its a debt recovery system. My number is new to me, so i thin they were looking for the person before that had this number.
Explained that to the guy on the line and he just removed my number from their list.

These people keep calling and looking for a person I know but doesn't live at my address. And I don't have an address or phone number for them.

This person keeps calling me every two minutes all day long and won't quit even when I tell them too. they even called me a liar and harass me. what should I don./;

i had this number written down for some reason and couldnt find a face for the number. lol i guess i wrote it down to complain

I have had voice mails from this number for the past 2 weeks.  Very annoying!

these people keep leaving a message 4 or 5 times a day even on sunday. what can we do to stop them.

I have no debt collection issues & have had my phone number for over 30 years! I recently started receiving phone calls from 1-800-390-7585 Enhanced Recovery Corporation with respect to an individual who I know who does have financial problems who has never used my phone. I am not related to this person/target! The target has called me from time to time from their cell. For this connection to have been made by the debt collection company and me suggests that the collection agency has access to their cell phone records and is now calling the numbers on the targets cell as listed as recent calls! This is an act of fraudulent acquisition or unauthorized disclosure of phone records! If this has happened to you please e-mail me to join a federal complaint!

This is a collection agency in Jacksonville Florida. If you recently got a new phone number and started getting these calls, the company is looking for the person who had the number before you. Call them up and give them the ref. number and they will remove you from the list. That's what I did. It takes 48 hours to remove.

they call multiple times a day, this monday they called me 6 times within a fifteen minute period.  is there anyway i can file a harassment case against them or anything?  i swear i'm about to go to florida and beat down these annoying operators!

if u are don't want to receive the calls anymore pick the phone up when you see the number, and kindly answr the questions that they ask and then inform them that you would like the calls to cease. and they will remove your number off of the dialer. cussing somebody out and hanging up in their face is not going to make it stop I assure you of that.or call in and provide he ref. # they provided and do the same thing.

I assume this is a debt collection agency calling looking for Victor and/or Linda Vasquez, who obviously had this number previously. I get an anoying number of calls on this subject and each time explain who I am. My patience is running out.

This company keep calling my number over and over again.  I tell them that the person they are looking I DO NO KNOW.  Plane as ever i ask them, since i DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON CAN YOU REMOVE MY NUMBER, PLEASE.  So, i went on a little vacation over the weekend and when i returned i had 7 MISSED calls from this company.  I called and asked once again to remove the number and they tell me it will take 24 to 48 hours for it to be removed. I will find out within the next few days...

My problem is that they ask for me, but I have no debt collection issues at all, and I've had this phone number for almost 10 years.

Legit collection agencies write letters, and if it's a company that is trying to collect, they will also write a letter telling you your bill has been turned over to a collection agency.

They are either a scam, or the worst customer-service business in history.

This "lady" Tonya called saying I lived in Florida and that I owed $300 to Sprint. I informed her that I have lived on the same street my entire life in RI and that I have been a customer of Sprint for 10 1/2 years, I actually just got a nice letter from them congratulating me for being with them for so long.
This witch starts yelling at me out of no where that I do live in Florida and then tells me the call is being recorded, which she is suppose to advise at the beginning of the conversation and ask my permission so I told her that I was going to call the AG in RI to report her and she started to scream at me and I told her I wanted to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. Of course I called back and talked to the manager and reported her and the manager was very nice however now someone else from the company is calling me.
Time to go call the AG and report them. This after I told them to please take me off of their list, that I am obviously not the person they are looking for.
